Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of high intensity interval training on aerobic capacity of elite rowers.Methods:(1)In this study,relevant concepts were sorted out and learned by using the literature method,and the mechanism of action and experimental methods of high intensity interval training,characteristics of rowing events and knowledge related to physical training were summarized.(2)USES the expert consultation method,insight into the training plan formulation and the experimental process control and other related content,and combining the rowing special physical characteristics of the design to the rockets pushing,weight of Russia,bobby,lie on your back at both ends for the exercises 8 min high-intensity intermittent training plan,implement eight weeks for excellent rowers training intervention(3 times per week).(3)During the test,the test method was used to carry out relevant tests,and the performance test of ergometer at 2000m,5000m,30min@20,6km*3,the experimental data of hemoglobin,red blood cells,hematocrit,blood lactic acid and heart rate immediately after exercise were collected and sorted.(4)Finally,mathematical statistics method was used to conduct data processing with SPSS 25.0mathematical statistics software.Paired t-test was used to conduct statistical analysis on relevant indicators of the experiment,and the effect of high-intensity interval training on aerobic capacity of elite rowers was verified.Results:(1)After training intervention,the indicators of hemoglobin and hematocellular volume increased significantly(P<0.05).The increase of hemoglobin in male athletes was greater than that in female athletes.The increase of hemoglobin in male athletes was from 16.58±1.57mmol/L to 17.48±0.90mmol/L,with an increase rate of 5.43%.Increased from 48.38±4.02 to 51.38±2.42(P<0.05),with a growth rate of 6.20%.The female increased from 14.80±1.08mmol/L to 15.33±1.61mmol/L,with an increase rate of 3.58%.Increased from 43.80±2.40 to 45.50±4.12,with a growth rate of 3.88%;The erythrocyte content was increased in female athletes and the sex difference was significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in male athletes(P BBB 0 0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of intervention,the average heart rate during exercise of ergometer(2000m,5000m)was significantly lower than that before the experiment(P<0.05);The maximum heart rate was significantly decreased in athletes during exercise(P<0.05).In 500 meters segmenting heart rate,the proportion of aerobic energy supplying heart rate increased in different degrees(from 52.08%to56.25%,from 63.3%to 76.7%,respectively;From 41.67%to 45.83%,and from36.66%to 51.66%,respectively).(3)In the special aerobic capacity test,the performance of 5000m,6km*3 and 30min of ergometer of athletes were significantly improved(P<0.05);Among them,the weekly performance of 6km*3 intermittent1min and 30min of ergometer showed a significant upward trend in the experimental intervention,and there was a high correlation between them(0.875 for women and0.919 for men).Immediately after exercise,the blood lactate concentration,ergometer of 5000m,6km*3 and ergometer of 30min all decreased,among which,there were significant statistical changes in men's ergometer of 30min and 6km*3(P<0.05),but there were no significant statistical changes in female athletes(P>0.05).(4)The theoretical calculation indexes of athletes'special aerobic capacity(watt power of the2000m ergometer/body weight2/3)were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment(P<0.05).(5)After the experiment,all athletes were significantly improved,among which the difference of female athletes(P<0.01)was more obvious than that of male athletes(P<0.05).Conclusions:The 8-week high-intensity interval training program designed in this study is conducive to the improvement of aerobic capacity of elite rowers,both male and female,which is mainly manifested in the improvement of basic aerobic capacity of hemoglobin,heart pumping capacity and lactic acid metabolism.ergometer 5000m,30min,6km*3 performance improvement of different strength comprehensive special aerobic capacity improvement.It has a promoting effect on athletes'special sports ability,mainly manifested as the improvement of ergometer2000m performance,long-term extreme intensity exercise energy supply,strength endurance and lactic acid tolerance,which lays a physical foundation for athletes'high-intensity and long-duration endurance competition.Among them,male athletes had more significant improvement in basic aerobic capacity such as hemoglobin and heart pumping function.
