The tennis elective course is an important bridge linking national fitness and an important way to cultivate college students' lifelong sports habits.Whether the tennis course is scientific and reasonable not only determines the effect and efficiency of tennis teaching in colleges and universities,but also guarantees the realization of the goal of the tennis course.Therefore,research on the optimization of tennis elective courses in general undergraduate colleges in Tianjin will help to improve and enrich the college physical education curriculum system and promote the development of college physical education theory.Through the optimization research of the tennis elective courses of general undergraduate colleges in Tianjin,the method of literature data,interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,etc.,combined with theoretical knowledge of multiple subjects.Lay a theoretical foundation for the scientific and reasonable development of college tennis courses,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of college tennis teaching.The research reflects on the existing problems by investigating the current situation of college tennis courses.Based on psychology,sociology,pedagogy and motor development,follow the principle of taking students as the main body of learning,paying attention to the overall development of students,and taking skill development as the leading principle to optimize the curriculum.The results show:(1)In terms of curriculum objectives,the analysis and design are carried out from six parts: cognitive development,sports participation,sports skills,physical health,mental health,and social adaptation.Teachers attach great importance to training students' physical fitness,cultivating interest and basic tennis skills,but there is a problem that the skill target is slightly low.Before class,teachers should make statistics and classification of students' basic tennis level and athletic ability through inquiry and observation,and arrange and set goals respectively.(2)In terms of course content,teachers do not use hierarchical teaching reasonably.They should do a good job of hierarchical statistics of students of different levels before class,that is,they can be conducted in different venues of the same class at the same time,or they can be divided by communication with the school.Separate lectures for different classes.The content elements of theoretical courses are lacking.The content focuses too much on the basic theoretical knowledge of tennis,lacks comprehensiveness and extension,and is difficult to stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm in learning.(3)In terms of curriculum implementation,teachers should choose appropriate teaching methods according to the actual situation,flexibly match methods,and actively explore and try new teaching methods.The current selection of teaching methods lacks discovery guidance for students,which is contrary to the idea of students as the main body.The curriculum organization form lacks innovation,and the organization form used should be rich and diversified,such as dynamic hierarchical teaching,group cooperative learning,etc.Teachers should fully grasp the characteristics and nature of various teaching organization forms,and use them comprehensively in classroom teaching.The setting of theoretical class hours is insufficient,and it should be arranged at 4 class hours.(4)In terms of course evaluation,teachers' assessment of final grades is not comprehensive enough;general fitness test results are used in the physical fitness assessment,and there is a lack of special physical fitness tests for tennis;extracurricular exercise results are mainly running apps Check-in testing,lack of multiple extracurricular sports element assessment.Students should be taken as the main body,and optimized evaluation should be made from six aspects: the assessment of tennis theory knowledge;the evaluation of tennis skills and physical fitness;the comparative evaluation of tennis skills and physical fitness before and after the course;the evaluation of learning attitude;the spirit of cooperation and friendship Evaluation;real-time evaluation and after-class evaluation of classroom performance.(5)In terms of the basic situation of students,most of the students have not been exposed to tennis before taking courses.A small number of students have a basic knowledge of tennis and need to conduct hierarchical teaching;students hope to develop a hobby of sports through tennis lessons to achieve physical fitness.The purpose of relaxation;students do not know enough about volley technology and high-pressure ball technology itself,and find it difficult to master them,and need teachers to give proper guidance;students want to learn about tennis rules,competitions and technical analysis through tennis theory classes,so as to watch tennis games and games in the future.Participate in the competition yourself to lay the foundation.
