The elective course of higher education in colleges and universities is to adhere to the full implementation of quality education,and actively build a curriculum system that will help students to self-study and individual development,and strive to improve students ’humanities and scientific literacy,and vigorously strengthen students’ learning and practical ability,innovation and entrepreneurial spirit The College tennis elective courses as a public school students are welcome,showing students with high frequency,high frequency of school,teachers,teaching tasks heavy situation.So for some time to become a hot topic in optimizing teaching and research.In this paper,the literature review found that their research level has some shortcomings,not comprehensive,in particular,no information technology to assist the college tennis elective course optimization research,the use of information technology is a new teaching method of classroom teaching,It is necessary to rely on modern education information technology to optimize classroom teaching,with the advent of information Internet + era,the school’s physical education classroom should also use information technology to optimize classroom teaching,the use of information technology teaching can broaden students’ horizons,improve students The ability to correctly understand the Internet,the rational use of the Internet can help students learn,at the same time through the Internet can create students the opportunity to participate in physical exercise,improve the overall quality of students.According to the actual situation of the tennis elective course of the school where I was,and the good hardware and software facilities,I conducted the tennis elective course optimization teaching research as the teaching assistant practice process in2015-2017.The research process is student-oriented.Firstly,the content of the questionnaire is designed to understand the students’ learning level,and the cognition,feelings,experiences and suggestions of tennis elective courses are analyzed,and the causes of the problems are analyzed in detail.The main contents are as follows: to optimize the teaching theory and to re-understand the teaching of tennis elective courses,and to optimize the teaching and strategy of tennis public elective courses.The main contents of this paper are as follows:,Jiangxi Normal University tennis elective course optimization teaching program,tennis elective course optimization teaching path,Jiangxi Normal University practice effect analysis and test.5large-scale research.The main conclusion is that the optimization of classroom teaching in tennis elective course is the need of teaching reform of college elective course,which is based on students,satisfying the students’ fitness needs and improving the teaching effect.2 Tennis elective courses to optimize classroom teaching should focus on thedesign and implementation of the program,follow the general rules of tennis teaching,which helps to develop students’ self-learning ability.3 tennis elective courses to optimize the teaching content;information technology-assisted teaching and classroom practice teaching in-depth integration,to achieve online teaching to solve the teaching difficulties,to improve students’ awareness of tennis,offline students to stimulate interest in learning,To solve the problem of insufficient time to improve teaching and teaching.4 tennis elective courses to optimize the teaching content;extracurricular association WeChat group organization can stimulate students to learn tennis interest and extracurricular participation ability,which is the characteristics of the exchange of the times.5.Jiangxi Normal University in the tennis elective course to optimize the teaching practice has achieved good teaching effect.
