Research On The Development Strategy Of Scientific Research In Colleges And Universities Of Physical Education In The New Era

Sports carries the dream of prosperity and rejuvenation of the nation,is related to the happiness of the people,and is related to the future of the nation.The current construction of a sports power is not only facing economic development,social progress and cultural prosperity,but also facing the challenge of intensifying social changes and deepening system reforms.We need to seriously think about and promote the solution of key theoretical issues and the implementation of policy and practical issues.Many factors are needed to achieve the goal of a sports powerhouse,including high-quality sports talents and strong technological development.However,these are inseparable from the promotion of high-level sports academies,and high-level sports academies first There must be high-quality scientific research to lead.The development of sports scientific research is a key part of the development of sports in my country.Scientific research activities and scientific research capabilities have become important indicators that reflect the comprehensive strength of sports colleges and universities.However,there are such as high-level researchers in the scientific research work of sports colleges in my country.Shortages,inability to complete interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary research,and lack of innovation-driven research-oriented mechanisms.Therefore,this research is based on the basic situation of scientific research work in China's higher physical education colleges in the new era.Taking 14 higher physical education colleges as examples,it uses documentary data method,expert interview method,bibliometric analysis method,combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,and on-site Investigation methods and other research methods,combing the development process of China's sports science and technology,starting from the basic situation of the current scientific research development of China's sports colleges,and establishing the necessity,strategic concept,construction principles,and strategic layout of the scientific research development strategy of China's sports colleges,Strategic priorities,strategic measures,etc.have been systematically studied.Draw the following conclusions:1.Throughout the more than 70 years of development of sports science and technology in my country,it has generally gone through 5 stages: the first stage is the initial and exploratory stage(1949-1966);the second stage is the stagnant stage(1966-1976);The third stage is the recovery and development stage(1976-2000);the fourth stage is the brilliance creation stage(2001-2008);the fifth stage is the stage towards a powerful country(after 2008).2.The main problems currently existing in the scientific research work of my country's higher physical education colleges are: The scientific research strength of the colleges and universities is not strong,and the gap is large;There are too many "status studies" in sports scientific research;Sports scientific research The integration with actual hot issues is not close enough.3.The necessity of the scientific research development strategy of my country's higher physical education colleges is the requirement of the external scientific research environment,such as the development trend of science and technology,the strategic needs of sports power,the need for regional coordinated development,etc.;the internal scientific research environment requirements,such as the development of competitive sports and mass sports It is an inevitable requirement to choose and promote the sustainable development of sports science research.4.The overall conception of the scientific research development strategy of my country's sports colleges and universities: through 15 years(by the time the country is basically modernized by 2035)or longer efforts,let my country's sports colleges and universities achieve substantial results on the existing basis.Progress,to further narrow the gap between scientific research and disciplinary development between schools.5.The principles for the construction of the scientific research development strategy of my country's higher physical education colleges are: the principle of moderate advancement,the principle of scientific rationality,and the principle of industry specificity.6.The strategic focus is: focus on the development of national fitness,sports industry and other branch areas,and make breakthroughs in major cross-development areas with other disciplines.7.Strategic measures for the development of scientific research in my country's higher physical education colleges include: formulating scientific research development plans for my country's higher physical education colleges in the new era;escorting scientific research resources;improving system construction to ensure continuous innovation capabilities;scientific research culture construction;grasping the frontiers of sports science research.
