| Since 2014,in order to fully reflect the dominant position of students,and promote the development of students with personality and characteristics,the State Council issued the "Implementation Opinions on deepening the reform of enrollment system",which increased students’ right of choice,cancelled the liberal arts and science examination,reduced the pressure of life-long determination of foreign language examination twice a year,and transformed the hundred point system into the grade scoring system Reform.So high schools across the country began to implement a new form of class organization-optional class system,which has become an indispensable part of normal high school teaching in order to meet the new college entrance examination.Since 2020,the summer college entrance examination in Shandong Province has implemented the "3 + 3" mode,and all students begin to select class when they enter Grade Two of senior high school,which is a large area of class selection,and it became a hot topic in the society.Class selection breaks the boundaries of Arts and science,and it does bring students more opportunities and choices,but the class management problems are also highlighted.Taking a middle school A in Zhucheng,Weifang City of Shandong Province as an example,this paper studies the class management under the background of college entrance examination reform.The research focus includes the following three parts:Firstly,investigate the class walking system of a middle school A in Zhucheng,Weifang City of Shandong Province,and understand the optional class mode,the current situation of class management,and the opinions and suggestions of class management stakeholders(students,teachers,school administrators,etc.);Secondly,by combing the survey results,this paper discusses the main problems existing in the current class management system,(such as the difficulties in the classroom management of teaching class,the weakening of the function of the head teacher,the weakening of the collective consciousness of the class,and the weak self-management ability of the students,and analyzes the specific forms and causes,etc.);Thirdly,in view of the above problems,put forward specific improvement strategies,including the promotion of the teacher’s responsibility system,tutorial system,the implementation of class self-management;Fourth,summarize the preliminary effect of the implementation of the improvement strategy,and summarize the shortcomings of this study. |
