Cooperative learning is a creative and effective teaching theory and strategy system commonly adopted by many countries in the world.It is hailed as "the most important and most successful teaching reform in the past ten years." my country's basic education reform emphasizes encouragement.Cooperative learning promotes mutual exchanges between students.Taking the cooperative learning behavior of junior middle school students as the research object,this paper studies the participation cooperative consciousness,listening behavior,communication behavior and practice behavior of junior middle school students in cooperative learning in class,by using the gender theory as an analytical tool,the study behavior of junior middle school students in the process of cooperative learning is understood,and the characteristics and laws of students' cooperative learning behavior are explored,this paper studies the gender differences of junior middle school students in the process of cooperative learning in class,and selects some junior middle schools in Tianjin to carry out a questionnaire survey,and makes statistical analysis of the data to be obtained,the conclusions are as follows.By analyzing the gender differences of junior middle school students' cooperative learning behavior in physical education classroom,we can see that the gender differences are obvious in the feedback behavior of participation state dimension,the role play of cooperation consciousness dimension,the listening teacher of listening behavior dimension,the speech behavior of communication behavior dimension and the encouragement behavior and mutual aid behavior of practice behavior dimension;There was no significant difference between men and women in the aspects of interaction behavior and evaluation behavior,sharing consciousness and question consciousness in the dimension of cooperation consciousness,listening degree and listening to classmates in the dimension of listening behavior,answering behavior and questioning behavior and discussion behavior in the dimension of communication behavior,intimate behavior and praise behavior in the dimension of practice behavior;There are gender differences in cooperative learning behavior of junior high school students in physical education classroom,but the relevant theoretical research and practical application are less.Therefore,in the study of gender differences in cooperative learning behavior of junior high school students in physical education classroom,we should not only learn from previous experience,but also use cooperative learning in practice,so as to promote the research of cooperative learning behavior in physical education classroom and contribute to the comprehensive development of junior high school students Reflections on promoting cooperative learning behavior of junior high school students from Gender Perspective:Junior high school students know themselves correctly.Teachers can help students realize that the existence of social gender makes students integrate with their own roles,accept external evaluation while accepting inner approval,and play their own roles well in cooperative learning,promote the development of self and group cooperative learning.Constructing the concept of gender correctly and promoting students cooperative learning behavior.The traditional gender roles are diluted,and the social roles expect to treat male and female students equally and treat students with a developmental perspective,so as to promote the cooperative communication between male and female students and make them grow together.
