The students in junior high school are in the critical period of rapid physical and mental development,and also the period of sudden increase of sports ability and the formation of physical exercise behavior and habits.As an important resource for students to participate in extracurricular physical exercise,parents' participation not only helps to improve the efficiency of extracurricular physical exercise,but also to cultivate students' active sports behavior and good ones Sports habits have an important impact.Taking the influence of parents' participation on the extracurricular physical exercise of junior high school students as the research object,the author uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate the junior high school students and their parents in Tianjin,aiming to understand the basic characteristics of the extracurricular physical exercise of junior high school students and the basic characteristics of parents participating in the extracurricular physical exercises of junior high school students;through the home The paper analyzes the relationship between the characteristics of long and participation and the behavior of extracurricular physical exercise of junior high school students,explores the influence of parents on the extracurricular physical exercise behavior of junior high school students under different factors and different degrees of participation,in order to provide data analysis for promoting parents to participate in extracurricular physical exercises,to provide suggestions for improving parents' participation in extracurricular physical exercises,and to improve parents' participation in extracurricular physical exercises The paper puts forward the optimization thinking on the quality of physical exercise.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The results show that: the social capital theory,social influence theory,influence superposition area theory,reasonable behavior theory and planned behavior theory are the theoretical basis of the influence of parents' participation on junior middle school students' extracurricular physical exercise behavior,and the characteristics of junior middle school students' physical and mental development are discussed,and it is proposed that parents' participation can promote junior middle school students' extracurricular physical exercise behavior.(2)There are obvious differences in the explicit behavior of extracurricular physical exercise among junior middle school students of different genders and grades;Compared with the students of grade one and grade two,the students of grade three are more willing to participate in long-term,high-frequency and high-intensity sports.By analyzing the hidden behavior of junior high school students,we know that although junior high school students have a good attitude towards extracurricular physical exercise,they do not show good behavior habits and behavior intention.(3)Parents show a high degree of support for participating in junior high school students' extracurricular physical exercise,but it is not consistent with the times,time and intensity of participating in exercise,and the quality of parents' participation needs to be further improved.The main factors influencing parents' participation in extracurricular physical exercise behavior of junior high school students are school factors,followed by parent-child factors and socio-economic status factors,and the influence of family structure type is the least.(4)Family economic level and parents' participation attitude are significantly positively correlated with students' explicit and implicit behavior in extracurricular physical exercise.In addition,parents' educational level and family structure type are also significantly positively correlated with students' implicit behavior,while parents' occupation is not significantly correlated with students' two behaviors in extracurricular physical exercise.(5)There is a significant positive correlation between the explicit behavior of extracurricular physical exercise and the parents' direct participation and family learning;There is a significant positive correlation between independent support and eliminating interference,education and communication,cognitive participation and students' implicit behavior of extracurricular physical exercise.However,there is no significant correlation between the participation role and the two behaviors of extracurricular physical exercise.(6)The optimization thinking of promoting parents' participation in junior high school students' extracurricular physical exercise includes: highlighting the importance of parents' participation,improving the initiative of parents' participation,strengthening the scientificity of parents' participation and expanding the universality of parents' participation.
