| Improving the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational schools is an important part of my country’s 14 th Five-Year Plan for Education Reform.As the teaching video learning method is widely accepted by secondary vocational students,it is becoming more and more important to quickly filter the video content from the massive Internet videos and efficiently learn video knowledge.This paper studies the automatic generation method of mind map based on instructional video,and presents the video summary through the mind map,which is convenient for students to understand the video content and form a knowledge frame.Based on the generated mind map,the teaching experiment is designed and carried out in the secondary vocational school.The experimental results verify that the learning method of the mind map will have a positive impact on the learning performance and learning interest of secondary vocational students.The main contributions of this article are as follows:(1)A method of generating mind maps based on instructional videos is proposed.First,manually label the video data,divide it into sub-videos under different topics,and perform audio transcription for the sub-videos to obtain text data;second,perform Chinese word segmentation,part-of-speech tagging,and abstract extraction operations on the text data to obtain each the text summaries under the theme;again,through the dependency syntactic analysis and semantic dependency analysis of the text summaries,the relationship between keywords is distinguished,the hierarchical relationship of keywords is constructed;and finally the mind map icon is formed with the help of Graphviz visualization tools.(2)Designed secondary vocational classroom teaching based on the generated mind map.Guided by constructivism theory,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the learning effect,the teaching process of "before class-during class-after class" based on generating mind maps is designed.In the pre-class preparation stage,the generated mind map is used as the first organizer,and the knowledge framework of the teaching video is displayed to help students build the connection between the knowledge points;in the learning stage in the class,the generated mind map skeleton is analyzed and improved the details of the generated mind map promote students’ in-depth understanding of knowledge;in the consolidation phase after class,use the mind map to transfer teaching,expand learning content,and help students internalize knowledge.(3)Based on the generated mind map,a teaching experiment was carried out in the "Information Technology" course of secondary vocational schools.Use interview analysis method to analyze the quality of the generated mind map;use questionnaire survey method and data analysis method to test the teaching effect.Practice has proved that the learning method based on generating mind maps has been affirmed by students and can have a positive impact on students’ academic performance and interest in learning. |
