Aiming at the strategy study of team teaching in respond to the current shortage of teachers in remote mountainous middle schools and the related problems of the integrating teaching method,this research illuminates the following main points: Cooperation is one of the essential abilities that human beings have formed in labor work for tens of thousands of years in order to survive and develop,so we shall exert the power of cooperation to solve problems;A huge education system needs all subsystems to work well with the help of cooperation to cultivate the student to be a good person;Education stands for management,planning and service;Great changes have taken place in Teachers' roles and responsibilities;For more than 20 years,integrating teaching has changed from the network environment teaching in single technology application to the synergistic effect of the integration of multi technology.Marx and Engels' thought of “Community of Freeman”,Harken's theory of“Synergetics” and Dewey's study of “Researching Cooperation and Learning” are applied in the teaching practice for the modern cross-area fine art team.Through the self-seeking and utilization of social human,material and teaching resources by schools and teachers,Integrating,using and coordinating functional systems such as 5G network,artificial intelligence,VR/AR/ MR,Internet of Things,and derivative technology of big data,following the prominent problem orientation to reflect,adjusting,eliminating the interference of dissipative structure factors in time and restraining entropy increase,paying attention to method innovation,improving class structure,optimizing teaching environment,and combining local reality,running the teaching process of integrating content ? cooperative service ? throwing out questions ? scenario setting ? professional teaching ? team guidance ? cooperative exploration ? creative creation?Comments on Works Exhibition,the collaborative Fine Art teaching mode of “integration-prelude-scenario-delivery-inquiry” is built up.Meanwhile,considering the coordinated exchange and transmission of materials,information,and energy in all aspects of life,knowledge,skill,psychology,society,ecology,and livelihood for the students in the middle school,Harken's theory of “Synergetics” is studied and applied to solve the two major problems of shortage of teachers and teaching methods in remote mountainous areas.In this study,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,case practice analysis,and other comprehensive research methods are used to make a comprehensive and scientific research and analysis on the establishment of fine art teaching team,the construction and application of collaborative teaching mode,the teaching practice cases and the reflection and optimization of team-teaching application for the remote areas like Lingnan.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that the area is more remote,the internet is more needed;the village is less developed,the modernization is more required;the teachers are less,the cross-areas joint is more necessary,and the teaching mode of “integration – prelude –scenario – delivery-inquiry” for Fine Art and the teaching organization,knowledge transfer and teaching management strategies in each link of the mode are useful;the interaction between school and society can basically solve the problem of art teachers and improve the teaching level of on-the-job art teachers in mountainous areas.
