The innovation of class management mode calls for the construction of class culture,class cultural differences bring different instruction effects and the lack of teachers and students' subjectivity in the construction of class culture,are the source of the thesis.They lead me to verify the status quo of the lack of subjectivity in class culture construction,initiate me to think of the reason of this phenomenon and exploring the practical path of constructivism of the teachers and students' subjectivity.In this paper,through interviews with 20 class teachers from three junior middle schools in a district of Wuhan and the observation of two months at the first class of the first class in J school,the present situation and reasons of teachers and students' subjectivity in the class culture construction are discussed.On this basis,it puts forward a practical path for the construction of teacher-student subjectivity.The study found that:There is a lack of subjectivity between teachers and students in class culture construction activities.Many class have the problem of disconnection between ideas and actions,Few head teachers actively plan the goal and content of class culture construction,and few teachers consider whether students can accept education culture smoothly from the perspective of psychology.In addition,it is found that students are very eager for autonomy,but they are often free from the actual construction of the class culture,the enthusiasm for active participation is diminishing and the creativity is ignored by the busy class teacher because of the lack of prototype.The reason is that the education of the theatre effect abducted led to the continuous expansion of the duty of the class teacher and the weak sense of gain,which led to the concealment of the autonomy of the class teacher,and then the students' autonomous space was compressed.The evaluation system of the school has aggravated the concealment of autonomy,and shackles the initiative of the class teacher.Therefore,the reality of class culture construction is difficult to meet the needs of the students' development,which leads to the continuous reduction of students' initiative.The philosophy of school leaders and teachers' negative accident is the important factor of students' creativity weakening.It is the important mission of this paper is to explore the practice path to build the subjectivity of teachers and students in the construction of class culture.The practice path to build the subjectivity of teachers and students is the end result of reflecting the lack of the status quo,we should try to carry out the idea of educating people with all staff and expand the autonomy of class teachers,should teach students in accordance with their aptitude to deconstruct the kidnapping effect of theatre effect;enrich the evaluation subjects of class teachers to promote their subjectivity construction,and extend class activity cycle to meet students' subjectivity development needs.
