Class culture reflects the common beliefs and values of teachers and students,and is the result of the joint efforts of teachers and students in class life.It is helpful for teachers to carry out activities in education,teaching and education management.Good class culture atmosphere can stimulate the enthusiasm of students to participate in class activities,which is conducive to shaping a sound personality of students.Therefore,the class culture with rich connotation is very important for the all-round development of students,and the construction of class culture by teachers and students is a powerful push to form a good class culture.This study takes X Junior High School in Nanning City as a case study,and studies the cultural co-construction between teachers and students of junior high school through the methods of literature,survey and interview.Through questionnaire and interview methods such as research,found the class culture evaluation mechanism ignore the interaction between teachers and students,promote the teachers and students class culture building work is insufficient,the school class culture,teachers’ evaluation mechanism single failure to focus on students of class culture construction needs,and ignore the role of the students of class culture construction and the student of class culture achievement satisfaction is relatively low.The main reason is that the school has a low awareness of the value of class culture construction and the value of students’participation in construction.Teachers lack professional guidance and communication between teachers and students.Some young teachers lack practical experience;Some students lack enthusiasm for class culture construction,and the participation rate is low.Therefore,this study puts forward the following optimization strategies to strengthen the co-construction of class culture between teachers and students:the school should improve the evaluation mechanism of class culture and carry out professional training for teachers;Teachers should combine the situation of the class,and students work together to build the class culture;Actively mobilize students to participate in the construction of class culture,build a better class culture;The school and family unite to help teachers,students and class culture.
