The culture management theory and multicultural era presentopportunities and challenges to the construction of class themeculture.Dongsheng area Erdos city has special development characteristics,wich affect the class culture to be regional, and the junior high schoolstudents’ physical and mental development are in the special period, and alsoin the growth time, on one hand they have urgent needs and behavior abilitiesto be anxious to put to good use, on the other hand, their selfcontrol is alsorelative weak, the world view and value view is not mature, they still need toremind the guidelines.Class is the basic unit of school education and the mainplace of school education, carrying the important task of the teachers’teaching and educating, improving the students’ growth. The construction ofclass culture is the soul of the construction of the class.Based on this, theauthor of this paper done this relevant research about the construction of classtheme culture.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction:firstly, the author illustrated the reason of choosing this topic from both thedevelopment of culture management theory and multicultural era, and thenintroduced the promoting significance for class management of theconstruction of class theme culture in junior high school, summarized therelated researches at home and abroad, and pointed out this thesis research’ssignifycance, the ideas and the methods. The second part is the theoreticalconception about the construction of class theme culture: the author explainedthe meaning of the construction of class theme culture from the theoreticallevel, and expounded ideal states about the construction of class theme culturefrom both dominant and recessive sides.It need either the directly culture orthe potential one contains the education content that all are for students,andfor students’ all, at the same time,students should exert their own autonomiesand activities,also played anactive part in it. The aim is that let the construction of class theme culture be helpful for allstudents’ personality development and comprehensive development,so as toprovide theoretical basis for the construction of class theme culture. Thethird part the author began from the status quo of Dongsheng area, observedand recorded the students’ activity ideas, daily behaviors and behaviorattitude for the class, investigated and collected teachers and students’ ideasand behaviors about the construction of class theme culture at other schoolsand classes, analysed the present situation of Dongsheng area junior highschool s’ class culture, summarized the original problem is the lack of thecore in theme culture which was accepted by all the students. The fourth partsolved the above problems, and towards the construction put forwardcorresponding countermeasures in Dongsheng area Erdos City.We shouldmake sure of the subject statu of students, but also to ensure effectivepractice of the subject statu of students.Also the author combined with selfexperience and the close typical examples to proofed that carrying out thesubject statu of students is useful in the construction of class theme culture.Ithas a certain reference meaning for explanding the research fields,for schoolmanagements, the majority of teachers and other educators.
