Higher education has entered a new era of "double first-class" construction.In the Higher education has entered a new era of "double first-class" construction.In the report of the 19 th National Congress,it is proposed to accelerate the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines and realize the connotative development of higher education.Accelerating the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines is an important task in the construction of higher education in China at present.First-class disciplines are the basic elements of first-class universities.First-class disciplines must be based on China's specific national conditions,face China's real problems,have their own value standards,and build first-class disciplines.It is necessary to take root in the development of the region and explore from the bottom up.The implementation and promotion of high-level university construction projects is a high-education decision-making made by the Jiangsu Provincial Government to implement the national “double-first-class” strategy and based on the current situation of economic and social development in Jiangsu Province.Jiangsu high-level universities focus on the construction of advantageous disciplines and strive to enhance the comprehensive strength of discipline development in provincial universities.The discipline is a complex system,and the external environment changes faced by the disciplines.There are still gaps in the level of interdisciplinary construction of high-level universities in Jiangsu,and there are imbalances and inadequacies among the disciplines of most universities.In order to maintain and enhance the competitiveness and connotation quality of disciplines,it is necessary to find the inner and outer laws of the survival and development of disciplines,improve the integration ability of discipline system elements,fully activate the potential of first-class discipline construction,and provide continuous knowledge for the construction of high-level innovative provinces.Technical Support.Based on the results of the fourth round of national assessments,this paper examines the status quo and ecological characteristics of high-level university disciplines in Jiangsu.Jiangsu high-level universities have good academic accumulation advantages,and have a good foundation and potential for creating first-class disciplines.There are also some shortcomings and problems.It is urgent to clarify the laws governing the growth of first-class disciplines.Based on text analysis,the grounded theory research method is used to explore the influencing factors of the establishment of first-class disciplines in Jiangsu high-level universities,and the three-dimensional model of survival evolution motivation,internal survival motivation and external promotion motivation is established.Three mechanisms of motivation are summarized and the high-level universities in Jiangsu are revealed.The mechanism of first-class discipline creation.According to the relationship between the creation mechanism and the construction mode,from the practical problems and principles,grasp the core essence of knowledge and technology,adjust the structure of the discipline,and design four first-class discipline construction modes,namely,the comprehensive collaborative construction model and the dominant disciplines.The group leads the construction model,the basic discipline support construction model and the production,study and research collaborative construction model,and explains the connotation,characteristics and performance of the four main models;finally,from the macro level policy and the micro level,from the national,government and school The main body pointed out the suggestions and strategies for the establishment of first-class disciplines in Jiangsu high-level universities.The state should further accelerate the construction of “double first-class” and focus on the construction of local disciplines.The provincial government establishes the concept of hierarchical classification and promotion,and builds accurate construction.The school adjusts the internal elements of the discipline and constructs a collaborative system of disciplines.
