Group Work Involved In Urban Integration Of Migrant Yout

In the process of urban integration,migrant young people often face a series of adaptive problems,such as poor parent-child communication,barriers to peer relationships,lack of identity with community life,low self-evaluation,and learning difficulties.These problems make Migrant young people are prone to biased cognition or behavior,and their marginalized situation makes them extremely vulnerable to social,interpersonal,environmental,and self-estrangement.This article takes the migrant youth in a certain urban-rural junction as the research object,combines the group form of social work,and uses the theories and methods of drama therapy to promote migrant youth to better integrate into the life of the city in practice.According to research,through the intervention of drama therapy counseling group,it provides a platform for migrant youth to express themselves,so that migrant youth can conduct self-thinking,self-reflection and self-exploration in the process of drama performance,which is ultimately helpful To promote the development of their abilities in self-awareness,interpersonal communication,and environmental adaptation.At the same time,this research also hopes to expand the field of social work services through the combination of drama therapy elements and group work,and provide new practical ideas for the development of social work in the future.
