| Homework is one of the students every day must participate in learning activities,students and as an important executive of homework,homework to the student learning and the impact of physical and mental health is direct and absolute,under the background of quality education,attaches great importance to students’ physical and mental health development,the outside world and burden for students is also more and more high,homework to the student’s negative influence is considered one of the main reasons for bring heavy burden to the students,therefore,understand the homework management present situation,the concept of operation and explore optimization of junior high school students homework management level of the implementation of the strategy,It is of great significance to reduce students’ academic burden and promote their physical and mental health development.At the same time,the optimization of extracurricular homework management is conducive to teachers’ smooth implementation of educational and teaching activities,and provides first-hand reference materials for teachers’ subsequent educational and teaching reflection and educational research activities.Of this study is to explore how to optimize and improve the level of junior middle school students homework management "is a core problem,using methods such as interview,questionnaire survey,selection of Huizhou H middle school teachers,students and parents as a sample survey,interview,on the basis of investigation and the interview data,and the function of H middle school students’ extracurricular homework,homework,job design methods,evaluation path and emotional experience in-depth and meticulous analysis,in order to optimize the junior middle school students homework management level of the implementation of the strategy for practical application and theoretical support.There are six parts in this paper:The first chapter,it includes research background,research purpose,research significance,originality and novelty,main research methods,research ideas and concept definition.Chapter two,on the domestic general research situation of middle school students’ homework management has carried on the comb,mainly contains the following views:homework time,quantity and the difficulty level of the regulation,homework form and content,homework grade and feedback,forge a modern path of homework management,homework connotation and function of the orientation,the impact of homework,reconstructing new homework design pattern and management strategy,reform the education of primary and middle school students’ homework design theoretical basis,primary and secondary school homework empirical inquiry,etc.The third chapter investigates the current situation of extracurricular homework management in H Middle School of Huizhou City,from which a certain number of samples are randomly selected for questionnaire survey and interview,and the data are collected and further statistics and analysis are made.The fourth chapter,on the basis of investigation and interview,analyzes the problems existing in the current situation of extracurricular homework management in H Middle School of Huizhou and makes attribution analysis.The fifth chapter,based on the existing problems and problem attribution analysis,explore how to optimize the implementation strategy of junior high school students’ extracurricular homework management level,mainly includes: first,regulate the amount of extracurricular homework,strictly control the time of extracurricular homework;Second,enrich the content and form of extracurricular homework,close to the actual situation of students;Third,promote the diversification of the function orientation of extracurricular homework;Fourthly,we should develop constructive and interesting evaluation methods to enhance the feedback work.Fifth,pay attention to the impact of homework on students’ psychology,and strengthen the positive emotional experience brought by homework. |
