| Education is a major plan of the country and a major plan of the party.The construction of the teaching staff in the new era is of great significance.The beginning teachers in primary schools are the teachers who are in the three-year career entry period,paying attention to the professional development of beginning teachers in primary schools can help beginning teachers to pass the career entry period,and reduce the turnover rate of beginning teachers.It’s can promote the the construction of high-quality,professional and innovative teaching staff.The professional development of beginning teachers has its own characteristics of the period of development,and they face the themes of "seeking to survive" and "development",which not only has the realistic impact under the theme of “seeking to survive”,but also has the passion for “development”.This research focuses on the problem of professional development of beginning teachers in primary schools,from the angle of school professional support.On the basis of presenting the basic research background,this research analyzes the meaning of school professional support.It is provided by schools or the local government,and there are all systems or activities that contribute to the professional development of beginning teachers in terms of professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge and professional competence.This research discusses the characteristics of school professional support,and they are universality,diversity and development.It shows some of the regular contents of the school professional support,such as the system or activities within the school,or the activities organized by the local government and so on.This research expounds the proper orientation of providing school professional support: to develop school resources;to meet the basic needs of the professional development of beginning teachers in primary schools;and to interact with the professional development of beginning teachers.This research selected four teachers who majored in pedagogic as individual cases.It presents their entry process from the angle of view of school professional support,and describes their professional development situations in depth.Then it analyzes how the school professional support affects the professional development of beginning teachers in primary schools.There are three influencing factors: the multidimensionality of school professional support affects the professional development of teachers;the appropriateness of school professional support affects the professional development of teachers;emergencies change the content dimension of school professional support.In the end,the research discusses the feasible strategies to improve school professional support from six aspects.Such as to arrange the tasks of teachers reasonably;to optimize the tutor system for beginning teachers;to give play to the advantages of all the school’s teachers;to make a good dynamic evaluation of the growth of beginning teachers;to promote the training of beginning teachers,and to encourage the active construction of beginning teachers. |
