At present,the judicial social work team in Guangzhou is gradually growing and the industry is developing vigorously.In order to understand the basic status of judicial social workers and the positive psychological capital profile,strengthen the psychological support and service support of judicial social workers,promote the construction of judicial social workers’ talent team and promote the construction of industry standards,Based on previous theoretical and empirical research,this research is based on local national conditions and under the background of innovative social governance systems.It focuses on the psychological construction of judicial social workers and their groups from the macro and micro levels,and compares positive psychological capital theory with empirical research.In combination,the current situation of the positive psychological capital of judicial social workers in Guangzhou is systematically analyzed,and the strategy to improve the positive psychological capital of judicial social workers in the construction of the talent team of judicial social workers in Guangzhou is explored.Under the guidance of the theory of positive psychological capital,on the one hand,quantitative research is used to systematically analyze the basic status and positive psychological capital of 275 judicial social workers in Guangzhou to understand the age,education level,and educational background of the judicial social workers in Guangzhou.It uses sociological quantitative methods and technical means to comprehensively analyze the characteristics of the situation and positive psychological capital status,and explore the influencing factors of the positive psychological capital of judicial social workers.On the other hand,through qualitative research,conducted in-depth interviews with 12 judicial social workers,integrated local judicial social workers’ positive psychological capital status to support the conclusions reached,and found out their existing development problems,and proposed countermeasures to improve the positive psychological capital of judicial social workers.Studies have shown that in the process of building a talent team for judicial social work in Guangzhou,the status of active psychological capital of judicial social workers has mismatched positions and services,leading to low self-efficacy,limited space for professional services,loss of professional confidence,and unbalanced coordination between services and management,leading to work Insufficient enthusiasm,low social awareness,and low recognition bring mental burnout.To this end,this article proposes to focus on improving "self-efficacy",improving self-motivation,continuing to establish "hope",effectively responding to work requirements,vigorously developing "optimism",improving positive working conditions,comprehensively enhancing "resilience",and exerting professional results in four dimensions The four aspects of the countermeasures considered to increase the positive psychological capital of judicial social workers.
