As the comprehensive quality assessment results of high school students are gradually brought into the examination system of college enrollment,the assessment results will concern the interests of students,parents,teachers,high schools,colleges and universities and other subjects.The comprehensive quality assessment of high school students is of high interest because of the large number of stakeholders involved.All walks of life pay great attention to the fairness of the comprehensive quality assessment of high school students.However,due to the difficult operation of the assessment index,the assessment subject is susceptible to subjective factors,the assessment results are unfavorable to the vulnerable groups,and the large gap between urban and rural students' comprehensive quality,the fairness of the assessment results is questioned,and the fairness of the comprehensive quality assessment of high school students is prominent.The existing researches on the fairness of the comprehensive quality assessment of high school students focus on the problems and improvement strategies,and there is little discussion on the status of the fairness of the comprehensive quality assessment of high school students.Based on this,this research is based on "what kind of fairness concept should lead the comprehensive quality assessment of high school students?" As the core issue,it provides reference for promoting the fairness of the comprehensive quality assessment of high school students.The research framework is as follows:Chapter one explains the background,purpose,significance,contents,focus,difficulties,innovations,methods,validity and ethical issues of the research,and defines the core concepts.Chapter two summarizes the domestic and foreign research about the fair view of high school students' comprehensive quality assessment,and points out the significance and shortcomings of the existing research,and then point out the breakthrough point of this research.Chapter three combe the policy stages of comprehensive quality assessment,explore the reform process of comprehensive assessment enrollment in Colleges and universities.Chapter four use Nvivo11.0 software to analyze the fairness implication in the policy text of students' comprehensive quality assessment.Chapter five investigate people's views on the fairness of students' comprehensive quality assessment of senior high school by the questionnaire and interview survey.Chapter six reflects the bias of the existing fair view in students' comprehensive quality assessment from five dimensions,and analyzes the reasons for the bias.Chapter seven reconstructed the reasonable fair view of students' comprehensive quality assessment of high school,based on the analysis of the bias and the reasons of it.
