With the deepening of new curriculum reform, as a part of the quality education, the assessment for comprehensive quality is also been positively explored. The assessment for student comprehensive quality is the powerful measure to achieve the implementation of quality education and improve the students’ comprehensive quality. It is an education activity with strong practicalness that the quality and effectiveness of assessment will be shown on the schools’ practical operations ultimately. Students are the direct object of the assessment for comprehensive quality, the degree of their satisfaction about the assessment process and result can reflect the schools’ true level in this work. But at present, the scale that can measure the level of student satisfaction about assessment for comprehensive quality is lacking.On the basis of the theories such as student satisfaction, customer perceived value and developmental assessment, this study use the measurement model of student satisfaction home and abroad for reference. It always focuses on the authenticity and feedback of the assessment for students’ comprehensive quality to launch the investigation, and then, constructs the measurement system of the level of student satisfaction about assessment for comprehensive quality. And using the statistical software SPSS11.5to test the reliability and validity of the students’ satisfaction scale that formed preliminary, it will increase the scientific and reliable degree of the research conclusion.Through the formal investigation, the questionnaire survey is taken in three senior schools of JS province. Through the descriptive and inferential statistical analysis of result data:male and female students’ satisfaction are significantly different in "assessment methods and tools","the attitudes of related party about assessment" and "the accuracy of assessment result "; The art students and science students have significantly different satisfaction in two indicators, namely "evaluation related party attitude" and "student participation"; Students from ordinary school and key high school are significantly different on the satisfaction in "assessment methods and tools"," the accuracy of assessment result " and "the effect of assessment"; The students from rural and urban are significantly different on the satisfaction about assessment for comprehensive quality.The index of "student participation","evaluation personnel quality","the role of the evaluation","two stage the veracity of evaluation of the" are the main factors which will influent the student satisfaction about assessment for comprehensive quality. JS province high students’ overall satisfaction of assessment for comprehensive is0.66, this is a general satisfaction. Finally, according to the open questions on the questionnaire, this paper sums up students’ suggestions, states the revelation of the above research and offers proposes to improve the students’ satisfaction.
