With the depth expansion of quality education, in 1999, a new round of high school curriculum reform has been tested at three experimental points in China. At the same time, with the implementation of curriculum reform, putting forward many new ideas and new methods. These new ideas and new ways have become a hot issue for researchers and high school teachers. And assessment for student comprehensive luality has become the greatest concern in the curriculum reform. As a new evaluation system, assessment for student comprehensive quality is a topic worthy to study. It directly affects the success of implementation curriculum reform and quality education. Heilongjiang Province has implemented the new courses in high school curriculum nearly three years, how the situation of assessment for student comprehensive quality? In the process, are there some problems have been encountered? Facing these problems, schools and teachers are how to deal with them? In this paper, the writer researched the background, practical significance, theoretical basis and practical operation of the assessment for student comprehensive quality and summarized the similarities and differences of the implementation of assessment for student comprehensive quality in different provinces. Through case study method, this paper attempts to make the systematic analysis about the implementation of assessment for student comprehensive quality in Heilongjiang Province. It also found the problems in the implementation and proposed appropriate solutions. The writer hopes to provide a useful reference for assessment for student comprehensive quality.This paper discussed in the following aspects:The preface discusses the research background, describes the significance of topics, summarizes the research methods adopted in this study and put forward the differences between this study and others.The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the implementation of assessment for student comprehensive quality, by introducing the implementation of assessment for student comprehensive quality, summarizing the similarities and differences between different provinces.The third chapter introduces the implementation of assessment for student comprehensi3ve quality in Harbin Normal University High School by the case study method.The fourth Chapter summarizes the problems of the implementation of assessment for student comprehensive quality in Harbin Normal University High School. It also tries to find the correspondent appropriate solution.
