Being one of the new important measures in our latest elementary education reforming, assessment for the senior middle students comprehensive quality is being studied deeply by many people. From the new concepts, the new theories to the practice, there are many subjects needed to discuss and study. The paper tries to introduce the study's background, its guiding ideology, the main contents, the assessment points and the way is being used in Fujian Province.Introduction shows the paper's background and the studies made home and abroad.The second chapter introduces the main concepts, its guiding ideology, the main contents, the assessment points and the significance of the assessment for the senior middle students' comprehensive quality in order to build the system of the assessment.The third chapter explains the assessment tools, the estimators and the management of the assessment results in order to set the operating system by the help of researching the cases in some senior middle schools.The fourth chapter faces some problems appear in operating and make some consideration for its future.
