“Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ” is spontaneously formed between companies in different industries,with the goal of win-win cooperation and partnership between companies.With the increasing pressure of market competition,the development of “Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ” has become the first choice for companies to integrate resources to enhance their competitiveness,and the demand for companies to develop “Cross-Industry Alliances with‘Non-Suppliers' ” has gradually increased.Due to insufficient theoretical and practical research on the development of “Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ”,companies do not have a mature model to learn from,in the process of developing“Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ”,companies often face problems such as high investment costs and difficult communication,which affect the effectiveness of companies in developing “Cross-Industry Alliances with‘Non-Suppliers' ”.This article takes Q company as its service object and intervenes in the“Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ” of Q company.Using SWOT-PEST analysis,literature method,and interview method to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the situation of Q company and its “Cross-Industry Alliances with‘Non-Suppliers' ”,the analysis shows that Q company has the need that experience of learning from other companies in the alliance and seek cooperation and other needs in the process of developing “Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ”.Based on needs analysis and organizational learning theory and social capital theory,Social worker designed and carried out six corporate social work activities.The results showed that the involvement of social work enabled Q company to successfully learn the experience of other companies in the alliance during the process of developing“ Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘ Non-Suppliers ' ”,be better understood by companies in the alliance,Obtain resources and information in the alliance and reach a preliminary cooperation intention,deepening the connection with the“Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ” companies.The Social worker have assumed the role of consultant,resource linker,advocate and coordinator in the intervention process.Based on this,it is concluded that social work can play an active role in the development of “Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ” among small and medium-sized enterprises;the combination of organizational learning theory,social capital theory and social work can help small and medium-sized enterprises to better carry out “Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ” activities.To a certain extent,this research provides reference for companies to develop “Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ”,“Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ”governance and corporate social work intervenes in companies to develop“Cross-Industry Alliances with ‘Non-Suppliers' ” governance,and enriches related theoretical and practical research.
