Although development of corporate social work in China has vast room for growth, itsdevelopment and localization bottlenecks with many deep-seated reasons. In recent years,corporate social job opportunities for ordinary employees approached gradually increasedwhich caused by Foxconn and other events into the public view, labor conflicts intensifyand the government’s emphasis on venture philanthropy and business. That‘s all thedevelopment of social enterprise provides a fertile soil for social workers.In this paper, the corporate of A as the objective. From the perspective of advantage,rational emotive therapy and other non-social work theory, the paper combine withpractical experience and try to find the effective pattern of interventions. Taking Acorporate HR departments as a case, conducted by the professional social work method ofgroup work to help employees analyze the reasons why employees leave and why not havehigh cohesion. So combined with the specific circumstances to carry out appropriateactivities of the enterprises to improve cohesion as well as the institutionalization of reformand innovation. The establishment of a "parent fund" in order to resolve the existinguncertainties in the enterprise to improve staff cohesion. A corporate team with excellentcorporate culture system enable enterprises employee turnover remained stable. Finally,ensure the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.In the course of corporate involvement in social work, not only have a team of socialworkers that can resolve the problems and adequate theoretical supports as a guarantee, butalso apply some of the ways to institutionalize social work with the form of integration onthe daily operations of enterprises. So that ensure the development of social work could getgovernment and corporate employees’ recognition, as well as make corporate socialworkers are promising.
