Although our country clearly proposes to give priority to general education methods to improve the quality of education and actively promotes inclusive education,depending on the type and ability of persons with disabilities,however,in the course of this measure,the educational and normalization needs of students with disabilities in our country,especially children with mental disabilities,are still largely excluded from the general education system,given the limitations of public discrimination and lack of awareness of groups of persons with disabilities and the "two-track system" of the educational system.Education and social integration of children with mental disorders in L city has always been a difficult problem in special education.D organization,as a parent self-help organization growing up in L city,has been committed to the construction of the whole career system of people with mental disabilities,in which integration education as the core link is the focus of the organization.In 2018,the organization undertook the project of integrated education.With the aim to promote the development of integrated education in L city,the organization has been carried out a series of integration education activities for people with mental disorders.This paper will evaluate the integrated education project based on the CIPP evaluation model which mainly starts from the four dimensions of background,input,process and result.Through the construction of evaluation index system,the project file data and the author's participation in observation,the integrated education project of D institutions is analyzed and evaluated from four dimensions: goal setting,implementation condition,service presentation and benefit impact.In the background level,this essay will mainly analyze the problems,needs and causes of the difficulties,and the service scheme design and the ability of the implementing agency will be evaluated from the input evaluation level mainly.At the same time,in the process evaluation level,this essay will mainly evaluate the project implementation process and the difficulties that it encountered while the target achievement and the social benefit will mainly be evaluated from the result evaluation level.In conclusion,the essential integration education of institutions is completed by D organization with the scheduled service plan and well achieved benefits.
