Since its birth in the 1950 s,econometrics has experienced the evolution from high tide to low tide,but it has not lost its vitality.With the development of science and technology,we can not only deeply mine the existing data,but also discover new data,which provides a lot of opportunities for historical research,therefore,people must have certain ability of information extraction and resolution,which requires that we must pay attention to cultivating students? ability in teaching.Historical data is a way of presenting information,the history teacher uses the history data to carry on the teaching also conforms to the time request.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction,including the reasons and significance of the topic,literature review,Research Methods and innovations.The second part is the summary of metrological history,including the concept of metrological history and the interpretation of related concepts,the basic methods of metrological history and the scope of application of metrological history.The third part is the feasibility and necessity of the application of econometrics in history teaching in junior middle school.This paper mainly discusses the feasibility of econometrics in history teaching in junior middle school from the perspective of technological progress and the richness of data resources,from the middle school examination questions,the new curriculum reform and the student psychological development stage to explore the necessity of the application of econometrics in junior high school history teaching,the fourth part is to analyze the application of econometrics in junior high school history textbooks and middle school entrance examination.Whether it is a textbook or a middle school exam,the presentation of historical data is very rich.The main forms of presentation are characters,tables,bar charts,line charts,fan charts,etc.,the presentation of historical data in textbooks and examination questions is mainly in the form of words,with less sources,more concise data and less historical elements.In textbooks,the application of historical data mainly focuses on economic history,and some of the historical data are presented in various forms.The fifth part is the application strategy of econometrics in middle school history teaching.Including the teaching strategy in the teaching preparation stage and the teaching process.The sixth part is the teaching case.This paper chooses the changes of economic and social life,Lesson 25 of the first book of the eighth grade,as the teaching design,carries on the reflection,discusses the application of the method of econometrics in the teaching to help the students and the difficulties the teachers encounter and the countermeasures.
