With the deepening of the reform of the management system of colleges and universities,the personnel management system of colleges and universities is undergoing deep changes.With the promulgation and implementation of the personnel management system,series of policies,and regulations in colleges and universities,the conflicts and contradictions of labor relations among college teachers with diversified types and employment forms have become increasingly prominent.The expansion of university autonomy brought about by the decline of government power,the stimulation of teacher human capital by the market-oriented contract mechanism,and the labor disputes caused by personnel reform,various explicit or implicit conflicts and contradictions affect teachers' ability to perform their duties and Professional morale,the contradiction and disputes of teachers' labor relations are on the rise,the issue of teachers' rights and interests has aroused social concern,the transformation and changes of teachers' labor relations models have become a general trend.Therefore,combing the development process of university teachers' labor relations in the past 70 years,explaining its deep structure,path dependence and dynamic mechanism,summarizing its main models and evolutionary trends have theoretical and practical significance.This research takes historical institutionalism as the theoretical foundation,comprehensively applies the literature research method and the historical research method,and constructs the systematic elements of university teachers 'labor relations.It logically summarizes the historical development of university teachers' labor relations in the 70 years since the founding of the PRC and clarifies the process,Characteristics and evolution law,explore the connotation,essence and characteristics of university teachers 'labor relations,analyze the deep structure,path dependence and dynamic mechanism of university teachers' labor relations in the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China from the dimensions of government,market,universities and teachers The main mode and development trend of university teachers' labor relations were discussed.The reform of the political and economic system,the surge in the value of knowledge,the rise in human capital,and the practice of contractual employment relationships have matured.Significant changes have taken place in the nature,types,subjects,and interests of labor relations among college teachers.From the perspective of historical institutionalism,the evolution of university teachers 'labor relations has been disciplined and shaped by multiple participants.The change of the university teachers' labor relations model is the result of the combined effects of teachers,universities,markets,and governments.Form a complex interactive teacher labor relationship system.Institutional constraints on teacher development,the consolidation of resource allocation models,and imbalances in power structures impede the innovation and development of teachers' labor relations at the theoretical and practical levels,while the improvement of regulations and policies,the guidance of management system reform,competition and demonstration in the external environment The effect merges into a powerful driving force for the rise of teachers' labor relations.Uniform,administratively planned college teachers' labor relations have been transformed into contractual,contract-based,diversified college teachers' labor relations.Balance and harmony have become the goal and direction for the reform of college teachers' labor relations.Based on the slicing deconstruction and logical deduction of the development process of the labor relations of college teachers in the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the structure,path dependence and motivation of its transformation are systematically explored.The thesis divides the changes of university teachers' labor relations into four stages: administrative and centralized,unified and transitional,legalized and marketized,and autonomous and contracted.There are differences in the model of each stage.Based on the theoretical deduction and historical induction of the main mode of university teachers' labor relations,the thesis considers that from the unified instruction to multi-subject participation in co-governance,from identity recognition to contract regulation,from unknown boundaries to orderly legal system,from conflict imbalance to harmony Balance is an inevitable development trend of labor relations among college teachers.
