Tao Ke is network for learning, which is learner self-directed learning by watching online video courses of college at home and abroad. In recent years, Tao Ke is emerging and increasingly popular in the world.Why does Tao Ke emerge so much? How to deal with this phenomenon for Chinese educators? What could we study from emerging of Tao Ke for construction of resources platform of Tao Ke? What are the application status and demand of Chinese college students for resources platform of Tao Ke? The above questions should be solved.This paper investigate the phenomenon of Tao Ke of college students,firstly I summarize the causes and counter measures as well as reviewing and enlightenment about fashionable phenomenon of Tao Ke by analyzing literature.Secondly, I analyse the application status and needs about resources platform of Tao Ke of our county among college students, which indicated that utility ratio of China's resources platform of Tao Ke of college students is very low and the platform is difficult to meet the needs of college students on the Tao Ke. Students want the resources platform of Tao Ke to improve the data downloading, resource updating, interactive communication and evaluative feedback. In additional, I from the perspective of higher education service, analysising respectively from the teaching service, learning service, course website management services. The analysis reveals that there are many problems with resources platform of Tao Ke included in the following:learning module without personalized services and the form of resouces is too simple; course is practical, but there are little general course,which cannot satisfy market demand; the determination of the choice of teaching mode is reasonable, but lacks diversification and no participation; without feedback system of students and self-evaluation system, platform design of course is comprehensive but not specific;teaching resources updating is slower, a lower degree of sharing. In the end, by drawing on the successful experience of MOOC,I put forward to the strategies of improving the Tao Ke satisfaction of college students, they are mainly as the following: updating teaching ideas,enhancing sharing; Updating resources and completing the dynamic monitoring;transfering the mode of teaching and promoting the interaction of communication;providing personalized support,concerning feedback and evaluation; normalizing recording courses and making the teaching design around the needs of students.
