Research On The Certification Of MOOC's Learning Outcome In Universities

As the rapid development of MOOC in worldwide,more and more universities begin to introduce MOOC.However,the key point of MOOC's development is its certification of MOOC's learning outcomes.It is useful for the universities to combine MOOC with traditional higher education if the certification of MOOC's learning outcomes can be accomplished in universities.By this way,it can not only make teaching and learning forms diversified and also creative,which will contribute to the development of higher education.Thus,it is necessary to study on the certification of MOOC's learning outcomes.Firstly,this study will analyse the concepts of MOOC's learning outcome and its certification.And then,MOOC's learning outcomes will be conducted from the MOOC's learning outcome structure and forms on the basics of Bloom's Educational Goal Classification Theory.And the MOOC's learning outcomes are divided into cognitive,emotional and skillful areas.Through the exploratory factor analysis of the sub-dimension,the structure of MOOC's learning outcome structure will be defined.MOOC's learning outcomes includes explicit and hidden MOOC's learning outcomes.At the same time,the parts of MOOC's learning outcomes certifation will be analysed directed by system theory,which can support the following research.Finally,this study aims to make a frame for our universities to conduct the certification of MOOC's learning outcomes.Our country needs to build the Third-party evaluation institution for MOOC' learning outcome and so on.The universities should pay much attention to the certification of MOOC' learning outcomes.Colleges and universities can carry out MOOC Union,MOOC inter-school collaboration.On the other hand,universities should encourage students to actively understand the documents and strategies on the certification of MOOC' learning outcomes issued by both government and universities.In general,the certification of MOOC' learning outcomes,is still relatively lacking,most colleges and universities have not introduced MOOC into the traditional higher education,and most of the college have not yet established the corresponding certification system and framework of MOOC's learning outcomes,which really needs further study.
