In the historical process of deepening the reform of school physical education,student satisfaction has always been one of the important indicators to evaluate teachers' teaching quality and curriculum quality.Student satisfaction refers to a kind of psychological feeling generated when learners' own needs are realized in the learning process.At present,students' satisfaction with physical education and health courses has always been the focus of many researchers.At the same time,the evaluation system based on students' satisfaction is gradually mature and widely used in subject teaching.However,taking junior middle school students as the research object,there are few domestic related researches on PE and health course satisfaction.In view of this,it is of great significance to study junior high school students' satisfaction with PE and health courses under the background of epidemic situation.The main research methods of this study are literature analysis,questionnaire survey,observation and statistical analysis.Taking some middle school students in Shanghai as the main body of evaluation and taking the satisfaction of middle school students on physical education and health courses as the main content of research,the overall situation of learning physical education and health courses of some middle school students in Shanghai under the background of epidemic situation was understood by issuing questionnaires to middle school students in different regions of Shanghai.According to the feedback results of the questionnaire,on the one hand,we know the satisfaction of some junior middle school students in Shanghai on physical education and health courses;On the other hand,it analyzes whether different background variables have a significant impact on the satisfaction of physical education and health courses of some junior middle school students in Shanghai.At the same time,we observed and analyzed the online physical education courses broadcast by Shanghai Classroom on the Air,focusing on the analysis of Grade 7,Grade 8 and Grade 9,and selected 15 lessons from each grade,a total of 45 lessons.Finally,to explore and improve the satisfaction of Shanghai junior middle school students on physical education and health courses,and give the corresponding improvement measures,so as to further improve the overall satisfaction of Shanghai junior middle school students on physical education and health courses to lay the foundation.Research Conclusions:1.Under the background of COVID-19,the implementation of online physical education courses in some junior middle schools in Shanghai is generally good.2.In the context of COVID-19,some junior middle school students in Shanghai have a high degree of satisfaction with online sports courses.3.In the context of COVID-19,some junior middle school students in Shanghai have significant differences in their satisfaction with PE online courses in terms of grade,health status,family living area and family area,while there is no significant difference in terms of gender and single child.Research Recommendations:1.Integrate high-quality network resources to expand the breadth and depth of teaching content.Collect,filter,and integrate online all kinds of high quality education resources,the formation of subject teaching resources library.Give full play to the advantages of online teaching and strengthen online deep integration with offline physical education teaching content.2.Enhance teacher training and enhance educational technology capabilities.Actively train new and old teachers to quickly master the relevant technologies of the Internet education platform,and continuously promote and apply online teaching on campus.Actively carry out the research and development of "flipped classroom","Internet + sports" and other online sports course modes.3.Enhance students' awareness of active sports,improve their physical quality,and maintain physical and mental health.Teachers should guide students to take the initiative to engage in the concept of sports.Actively carry out interesting and gamified physical education teaching activities to stimulate students' interest in physical education and sports motivation.4.Clarify individual differences and reasonably choose physical education teaching content.Teachers should take full account of the site and equipment when selecting teaching contents,which should be suitable for students' physiological and psychological characteristics,and should be practical and contemporary.Teachers should improve teaching methods and teach students in accordance with their aptitude while achieving their teaching objectives.
