Purpose: The physical health status and development trend of the youth in our country have always been an important issue of concern to the country and the whole society.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the physical health,body development,and dietary nutritional status of Chinese adolescents have gradually improved.However,the survey and monitoring of the physical fitness and health of Chinese students show that a number of physical fitness indicators have emerged.The decline in the range is particularly obvious in the students' strength,speed,endurance,and agility,which further shows that the physical quality of our students is declining.This research aims to explore the influence of cycling training method on the physical fitness of junior high school students,find training methods suitable for junior high school students to improve their physical fitness,effectively grasp the sensitive period of physical fitness in the adolescent stage,and lay a good foundation for the development of their physical fitness.At the same time,it opens up teachers' teaching perspectives,enriches their teaching methods and teaching content,and provides a scientific and feasible basis for the in-depth study of middle school physical education in the future.Methods: In this study,70 students in the second grade of Zhangjiang Experimental Middle School of East China Normal University were divided into an experimental group and a control group of 35 students(22 males and13 females).People)carry out the experimental study twice a week(Monday and Friday)for 12 weeks,three stages.The experimental group uses the loop training method,and the control group uses conventional physical fitness training.Before and after the experiment,the two groups of students were tested for 50 m running,standing long jump,solid ball,1000 m for boys,800 m for girls,and 1 minute rope skipping.As a physical fitness test indicator.Finally,after completing the three stages of experimental training,the physical fitness index scores of the two groups of students were measured,and the differences in the impact of the two training methods on the physical fitness of junior high school students were compared and analyzed.The pre-experiment test results of the experimental group and the control group showed that the test scores of the two groups of 50 m running,standing long jump,solid ball,1000 m for boys,800 m for girls and 1 minute rope skipping were not much different,and there was no significant difference in statistics.This is the follow-up cycle.The training method provides a scientific and reasonable premise.The post-experiment test of the experimental group and the control group showed that there was a significant difference in standing long jump for boys,solid ball for boys,1000 m run,800 m run,and 1 minute rope skipping.There were significant differences between standing long jump for girls and solid ball for girls,while 50 m for boys There is no difference in running.Conclusion: Comparing the experimental group with 12 weeks of circuit training and before the experiment,the physical fitness test indicators of the experimental group have improved significantly,with very significant differences.After 12 weeks of physical fitness training in regular physical education classes in the control group,compared with before the experiment,various physical fitness indicators of the control group after the experiment also improved to a certain extent,and statistical analysis showed significant differences,but the improvement in performance was not the experimental group Big.This shows that compared with the physical fitness training in the regular physical education class,the circuit training method is more conducive to the physical development of junior high school students.Compared with the physical fitness training of regular physical education class,the circuit training method is unique and novel in training methods,which can focus the attention of junior high school students and stimulate their training enthusiasm.The use of circuit training method for physical fitness training can promote the physical development of junior high school students more than conventional physical fitness training.
