| In recent years,the physical health test scores of teenagers in our country have been declining,which has attracted wide attention from the country.Therefore,how to effectively improve the physical quality of students has become a particularly important issue in physical education.Teenagers spend most of their time in school,so the use of reasonable exercise methods in school physical education can promote the role of students.This article through the literature material law and other research methods,mainly USES the experimental approach,in Peking as well experimental middle school from two different gender in the third grade class,and,in turn,each in the two classes are divided into experimental group(10)and the control group(10).In the part of physical fitness training,the experimental group adopts the cyclic interval training method,and the control class adopts the teaching routine training method.Through comparing the changes of test index scores before and after the experiment to understand whether the integration of cyclic interval training into the third grade physical education class has an improvement effect on the students’ physical quality.The research conclusions are as follows:1.After ten weeks of cyclic interval training,the performance of the experimental group in vital capacity,1-minute pull-up/1-minute sit-up,1000m/800m were significantly improved,while the performance of the control group was not significantly improved2.The experimental group all testers have significant levels of the performance,the concrete embodiment in the standing long jump and the proneness of these two grades ZuoWeiTi rise is small,the rest of the body quality index scores have been a significant increase,it shows that the cycle interval training for the promotion of students’ body quality effect exists non equilibrium.3.The scores of all subjects in the control group have been improved to a certain extent,which is reflected in the fact that the scores of sit-ups and 800 meters in the female control group have been significantly improved,while the other test indicators have not been significantly improved.4.After ten weeks of training,the experimental group and the control group were analyzed.It was found that there were significant differences in the performance of the boys’ vital capacity and 1000 meters,while there were significant differences in the performance of the girls’ vital capacity and 800 meters. |
