As one of the basic qualities that students should possess,the literacy of mathematics operation is a complex composed of three elements: knowledge,ability,emotion,attitude and value.Investigating the status quo of students' mathematical operation literacy has important practical significance for cultivating students' mathematical operation literacy.Starting from the study of connotation structure,current situation evaluation study,and training strategy study,the research mainly solves the problems as follows:(1)How to build a high school student's mathematical operation literacy evaluation framework? How to compile test papers and questionnaires suitable for high school students' mathematical operation literacy?(2)What is the status quo of the development of mathematics operation literacy of high school students?(3)How to effectively promote the development of mathematical operation literacy of high school students?The research refers to the construction ideas of existing domestic and foreign evaluation frameworks,and builds a high school student's mathematical operation literacy evaluation framework from the content dimension,component dimension,and level dimension.Based on this,the mathematical operation literacy test questions and survey questionnaires for high school students were compiled,and 340 high school students from five schools in different districts of Tianjin were surveyed.302 valid test papers were recovered and SPSS statistical analysis software was used to process the data.In addition,interviews are used to understand the opinions of frontline teachers and related experts and scholars on improving students' mathematical operation literacy level.According to the survey results,the mathematical operation literacy of high school students has the following characteristics:(1)The number of high school students reaching the level of mathematical operations literacy accounted for 71.5% of the total number,and the number of people who reached level two accounted for 47.4% of the total number;(2)The scores of the first grade students in mathematics literacy level 1 are better than the scores of maths literacy level 2;(3)the mathematics operations of high school students There is no significant difference in the level of literacy in terms of gender and whether to participate in extracurricular mathematics tutoring;(4)There is a significant positive difference between the mathematical operation literacy level of high school students and the students' preference for mathematics,the students' calculation psychology,and the students' usual mathematics performance.Correlation,there is a significant negative correlation with students' calculator usage;(5)Typical mistakes in the development of mathematical operation literacy of high school students: it is difficult to determine the object of operation in a related or comprehensive situation,and it is difficult to determine the algorithm and its scope of application.Accurate grasp,difficulty in constructing clear calculation ideas based on the characteristics of the problem,and weak calculation ability make it difficult to obtain correct calculation results.Based on the survey results,the strategies for cultivating high school students' mathematical operation literacy are proposed:(1)Based on knowledge and skills,construct mathematics doublebasic level: master algorithms,train basic skills,understand algorithms and arithmetic;(2)build mathematics with process and methods as the key Thinking layer: creating a comprehensive situation,enriching calculation methods,and strengthening thinking training;(3)Constructing a mathematics spiritual layer with emotion,attitude and values as the core: rational use of calculators,mobilization of interest in learning,and overcoming emotions of fear.
