With the acceleration of the process of social informatization,the demand for talents in the times has increased significantly,which has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents.what the world needs in the future is talents who can screen,reorganize and apply information.what the future education should achieve is a group of talents with high-level thinking.As a necessary comprehensive ability for learners to adapt to the future social development,high-level thinking ability is mainly composed of analytical thinking ability,evaluation thinking ability,creative thinking ability and critical thinking ability.The cultivation of thinking ability is inseparable from problems,and effective problem design is a powerful starting point for the development of high-level thinking.This study combines problem design with the cultivation of high-level thinking,and aims to explore how to design high-level teaching problems in mathematics classroom in order to promote the development of students' high-level thinking.This paper is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part,combined with the background of the topic,determines the research direction,expounds the research significance and methods,and understands the shortcomings of the previous research through a literature review of the research status of high-level thinking and problem design at home and abroad.The second part systematically introduces the concepts of high-level thinking and problem design,and summarizes the relevant theoretical basis.The third part,by consulting the literature and referring to the relevant status questionnaire,compiled the "questionnaire on High School students' High-level thinking ability" to understand the high-level thinking activities of senior high school students in mathematics learning at the present stage,and carried out a specific analysis of the relevant data.The fourth part,through the questionnaire to teachers,to understand the basic situation of problem design,combined with survey data,analysis of teachers in the design of common problems,and its attribution analysis.The fifth part,in view of the problems found in the investigation,combined with the cause analysis,sums up the principles that should be followed in the problem design,and gives the specific strategies of problem design based on the cultivation of highlevel thinking.In the sixth part,through three rounds of action research,the relevant problem design strategies are applied to practice to test its effect on the development of high school students' high-level thinking.
