China's secondary vocational education is on a rapid development because of the reform and opening up policy.The training for teachers have become the focus of the healthy development of vocational education.The double teachers as the backbone of the vocational education,influence the teaching effect directly,and affect the whole development of vocational education too,Therefore,perfect and innovation double teachers' teaching method become the quality of vocational education,promoting the sustained and healthy development of vocational education is as an important breakthrough.The methods of this study as belows:the literature material,questionnaire survey,interview,observation and case study,according to the comprehensive analysis of vocational education teaching methods at home and abroad and the sampling survey of secondary vocational school teachers and students,few scholars found that the teaching method to do in-depth research of secondary vocational schools,the related research achievements of research depth and breadth is not enough to meet the needs of today's vocational education,the rapid development.But at present there is no scholars specialized secondary schools double teachers have done targeted research teaching methods.As for the investigation,we found that there are still many problems and difficulties for teaching in double secondary vocational school teachers,for example,the teaching method of the single,the priority of the teacher leading advantage in class,double teachers for teaching organization form is too traditional and so on.As a result,,the expected results of this study,the secondary vocational school teachers'teaching methods provide a new research Angle of view,to improve and finish the existing theory at the same time,it can be a good way,and promote the teaching reform of secondary vocational education better adapt to the trend of the development of secondary vocational education in our country.With the high speed development of secondary vocational education,how to promote the teaching methods of constant innovation and development,has become the realistic problem that it is not allowed to ignore.Based on learning theory construction,the class of"optimize teaching",Rogers "non-directive teaching" and bruner' s "discovery learning"and other relevant theory,to study the present situation of the vocational education teaching methods at home and abroad,and with the field investigation,from the analysis of the questionnaire,interviews,classroom observations,found and summarized problems in using perfect,after the innovation of teaching methods in class two equilibrium experiment practice,in order to put forward to improve secondary vocational school double type teaching method of the utility's advice,to strengthen the secondary double teachers teaching method application ability,encourage the innovation teaching methods,highlight the double teachers advantage,take the student as the center,focus on the cultivate students' comprehensive quality and so on.This study of secondary vocational school,the double professionalized tentative research was conducted on the teacher's teaching method,enriching the existing research results,and improving the teaching quality of secondary vocational education has a certain practical guiding role.The writer believes that,by constantly improved,innovated,seeking the most able to adapt to era development,and the most suitable for students of teaching method,which can be a good way for students,the sound and the fast development of secondary vocational education.
