There are a large number of art students in senior high school,but most of them have poor foundation in cultural courses and low learning enthusiasm.They have a certain prejudice against Chinese learning.Improving the ability and level of ancient poetry learning of art candidates is an important issue to be solved in Chinese teaching.Xuchang No.8 Middle School is an art high school,which has rich teaching cases for art students.The author takes this as an example to study the teaching of ancient poetry appreciation for art students in senior high school.The survey found that in the process of ancient poetry teaching for Chinese art students in senior high school,teachers and students are seriously affected by the baton of college entrance examination.The teaching of ancient poetry appreciation is either based on the type of college entrance examination,or according to the teaching progress of ordinary senior high school students,or just a mere formality,or trapped in books.Not paying attention to the cultivation of students' aesthetic ability of ancient poetry in their daily study leads to the lack of the ability to appreciate ancient poetry.In order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward teaching strategies from three aspects:establishing the teaching concept,improving the teaching level and innovating the teaching mode under the core literacy.To set up the teaching concept under the core literacy,it is not only proposed to respect the students,pay attention to the construction and the application of language system,but to encourage class cooperation,broaden students' mind and so on.To improve the teaching level under the core literacy,it is proposed to master the exquisite professional knowledge,to enrich the teaching content,to understand the extensive educational knowledge,to improve the teaching ability and so on.The teaching mode under the innovation of core literacy puts forward the introduction of pop songs and new era TV programs to increase the interest of poetry teaching.Finally,this paper adopts the form of the same class heterogeneous,taking the two classes taught by the author as the research object,using the traditional and the new interesting teaching method to teach“Invitation to Wine”respectively to explore the effectiveness of teaching strategies.
