Teacher feedback plays an important role in information technology teaching in junior high school.Effective teacher feedback can promote the quality of students' works.On the one hand,teachers' feedback can correct the problems existing in students' works,and on the other hand,they can provide suggestions for students to modify the works.The characteristics of information technology courses determine that students mainly complete their works online,and how to take appropriate and effective teacher feedback is very important to the improvement of students' works.Through literature review and classroom observation,it is found that there are many problems in the feedback of teachers to students' works in information technology teaching,such as: the feedback is mainly based on grading,less feedback of comments,or the type of feedback is single,which affects the effect of the feedback to students' works.Therefore,it is very necessary to study how to improve the quality of students' IT works through effective teacher feedback strategy.This study on the developmental education evaluation theory,the theory of the zone of proximal development and feedback intervention theory as the theoretical basis,with the characteristics of the curriculum standards,junior high school students and middle school information technology course,on the basis of the target task to investigate junior high school information technology teachers' feedback of student work,through three rounds of action research,according to find problems in the teachers' feedback,is proposed to promote the junior high school student work quality improvement of information technology teachers' feedback strategy,and in the teaching practice step by step to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.The purpose of this strategy is to improve the effectiveness of teachers' feedback and the quality of students' information technology works by using this strategy.In the process of this research,a variety of research methods have been adopted,including literature research,investigation research and action research.Firstly,this study combed and analyzed the literature,defined the relevant concepts applied in this study,and summarized the theoretical basis and research status at home and abroad that supported this study.Secondly,through student questionnaires and teacher interviews to understand the current situation of teachers' feedback of junior middle school information technology students' works,to provide reference for the development of teacher feedback strategies.Thirdly,according to the problems of teacher feedback found in the teaching practice and the current situation of teacher feedback obtained from the investigation and research,a teacher feedback strategy is designed to promote the quality improvement of junior middle school information technology students' works.Next,select the practice school grade eight of 90 students as object of practice,teachers through UMU interactive learning platform for students to submit work for feedback,combining data analysis platform for middle school students work improvement,for the next round of teacher feedback strategy,modified through three rounds of action research continuously modify teacher feedback strategy,put forward to promote the junior high school student work quality improvement of information technology teachers' feedback strategy.Finally,after each round of action research,questionnaire and interview survey were conducted on students,and the effectiveness of teacher feedback strategies proposed in this study for improving the quality of students' works was verified by combining the data of improvement of students' works under the feedback of different teachers.The conclusions of this study are as follows: First,the feedback strategies of teachers to improve the quality of junior middle school information technology students' works include four dimensions,and there are seven strategies in total:(1)actively and timely give feedback to students' works;(2)Guide students to correctly understand the evaluation criteria of works,and promote effective evaluation and improvement of works;(3)Taking appropriate feedback strategies;(4)Provide feedback and comments that students can easily accept;(5)Combine various feedback types in a reasonable way to optimize teacher feedback;(6)Use the combination of grading and comments to promote the improvement of students' works;(7)Guide students to reflect on the production process of works and improve the quality of works.Second,the teacher feedback strategy to a certain extent to improve the quality of junior middle school information technology students' works.
