Educational equity is a common concern in modern educational theory,and it is also one of the value pursuits of differential teaching.Differential teaching takes students as the center,pays attention to the objective differences existing between individuals,meets the different needs of students through diversified teaching methods,and aims to promote students' maximum personality development,that is,"difference development",which is recognized by the majority of theoretical researchers and educational practitioners.In recent years,under the policy of "controlling the drop-out of school",a large number of out-of-school children have been advised to return to school,which is called "persuading returning students".Because of the great differences in learning ability,learning style and learning needs,it is difficult to integrate into normal learning after entering the school,and the conventional teaching methods can not meet their learning needs,so that "persuading returning students" has become a difficult transformation of students.It also has brought many problems to school management and teachers 'teaching.In order to make "persuading returning students" not only get equal educational opportunities,but also realize their own development.This paper takes two representative "persuading returning students" as the research object.According to the relevant theory of differences at home and abroad teaching,combined with my own teaching practice,this paper carries out action research to improve Chinese study by differential teaching around to the "persuading returning students".Through investigation,interview,observation and other methods,this study measures the main differences in students' learning,understands the difficulties and causes of language learning of "persuading returning students",formulates differentiated teaching plans for them for different problems,adopts a variety of educational methods and methods,and helps "persuading returning students" to establish confidence in language learning and improve language learning ability.The whole operation research process totals 9 weeks,mainly in the language reading and writing basic knowledge and basic ability as the carrier,dynamic follow-up two "persuading returning students",through reflection real-time adjustment of training plans and content,to help them improve language learning ability.After three rounds of action research found that differential teaching can help teachers fully understand the differences in all aspects of "persuading returning students",through "drug treatment",take appropriate methods to help them accurately "get out of trouble";Secondly,differential teaching can effective mobilize Chinese learning motivation to "persuading returning students",let them experience the joy of success with little progress,increase their confidence in learning and improve learning efficiency.Thirdly,differential teaching advocates looking at students with love.It is conducive to building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.With the help of positive emotional factors,stimulate the motivation of learning to "persuading returning students",so that they get the original basis of the development of differences.
