In recent years,the state has vigorously advocated labor education and incorporated labor education into the whole process of personnel training.A series of documents have been issued to make clear instructions for the penetration of labor education into Chinese discipline.Chinese course is both instrumental and humanistic,which has a natural advantage in infiltrating labor education.As an official authoritative text,Chinese teaching material is the carrier of disseminating the mainstream values of society.As the official authoritative texts,Chinese textbooks are the carrier to spread the mainstream social values.As an important part of the content of Chinese textbooks,the image of laborers reflects the concept and consciousness of the textbook editors and the national labor value orientation.It is correct for cultivating students' positive labor emotions.The image of laborer is a valuable teaching resource,which has far-reaching educational significance and can not be underestimated.By using the methods of text analysis,statistical analysis and investigation,this paper takes the unified edition of compulsory education Chinese textbooks as the research sample,and takes the image of laborers as the research object.This paper attempts to find a way to infiltrate labor education through the image of laborer in teaching materials.This study believes that only by improving the selection and compilation of the image of laborer in teaching materials and optimizing the interpretation and teaching of the image of laborer by teachers,can the teaching effect of the image of laborer be fundamentally guaranteed,so as to effectively play its value of labor education.Based on this,this study will sort out the selection and compilation of the unified edition of compulsory education Chinese textbooks on the image of laborer,understand the front-line teachers and students' cognition of the image of laborer,excavate the spiritual connotation and educational value of the image of laborer,and on this basis,put forward suggestions on how to better present the image of laborer in textbooks,how to better interpret the image of laborer by teachers,and how to better teach suggestions.First of all,this article outlines the status quo of the image of laborers in the textbooks,and analyzes the image of laborers by statistical analysis,type analysis and characteristic analysis.According to the analysis,the image of laborers can be divided into diligent and honest labor type,discovery and creation type,craftsman type who strives for excellence,dedication to career type,and type of conquering natural forces according to their outstanding characteristics.The image group of laborers presents problems such as the imbalance between men and women,the lack of emerging occupations,the lack of characteristics of the times,and the lack of systematic presentation.Secondly,from the national curriculum to the curriculum that teachers and students understand and implement,investigate teachers and students' perception of the image of laborers.The survey results show that there are some problems in the selection and compilation of teaching materials,such as the lack of times,stereotyped tendency,and the lack of minority laborer;in the interpretation of teachers' teaching materials,there are some problems,such as the lack of attention to the image of laborer,the single basis of interpretation,the lack of spiritual connotation mining,and the narrow cognition of educational value;in the teaching,there are some problems,such as the simplification of teaching methods,supplement and expansion The content is superficial.Thirdly,it analyzes what kind of spiritual connotation and educational value the laborer image should have.It is found that the image of laborers has rich spiritual connotation in three aspects: self,others and society.Different types of images of laborers have their outstanding labor education value.Finally,combined with the above analysis of the image of laborer,the paper puts forward some suggestions on textbook selection,textbook interpretation and teaching.In terms of textbook selection and compilation,this study proposes that we should construct a diversified presentation of the image of laborer,enhance the era characteristics of the image of laborer,and promote the structural improvement of the image of laborer;in terms of the interpretation of teachers' textbooks,we should appropriately supplement the relevant theories of Teachers' labor education,comprehensively consider the interpretation basis of the image of laborer,deeply tap the labor education value of the image of laborer,and interpret the image of laborer in a diversified way In the aspect of teaching,teachers should supplement the teaching materials of the image of laborer from multiple perspectives,develop the curriculum resources of the image of laborer in multiple ways,and promote the inheritance of the image of laborer in multiple strategies.Three aspects work together,so as to better play the educational value of the image of laborer.
