In today's society,data is everywhere.From professional data analysts to ordinary citizens,everyone has to deal with mountains of data.The importance of data in today's society is self-evident.Clarifying the current level of data analysis literacy of senior high school students is not only a concern of the majority of educators,but also a prerequisite for promoting the implementation of mathematics core literacy in classroom teaching,and thus provides a reference for mathematics teachers to improve students' data analysis literacy.Based on the above background,three research questions are proposed :(1)What is the current level of data analysis literacy of high school students?(2)What are the factors that affect the level of data analysis literacy of high school students?(3)What are the strategies for cultivating data analysis literacy of high school students? This study by collating related literature of data analysis literacy,with reference to the curriculum standard(2017 edition)on four aspects of performance and the division of the three levels of hierarchy about data analysis literacy,build a high school student data analysis literacy level evaluation framework,based on the basic process of data analysis,the data analysis literacy was decomposed from four dimensions,including data collection,data sorting,data analysis,and data interpretation,and the level of each dimension are divided into level 1,level 2,and level 3 respectively.Based on the statistical content in the A edition of ordinary high school mathematics textbooks,determined the evaluation content,according to the evaluation framework and evaluation content,take students in grade three of three middle schools in Lanzhou as the research object,through the test in the form of survey data analysis literacy status quo of high school students,combining students' questionnaires and interviews to teachers and students as a result,analyse the factors that affect the data analysis literacy level of high school students,and puts forward the corresponding cultivation strategies according to the research results.The research conclusions are as follows :(1)The data analysis literacy of high school students is in the second level on the whole,basically meeting the requirements of college entrance examination for talent selection.Of the four dimensions,data analysis performed best,followed by data collection and interpretation,and data sorting performed worst.(2)The factors that affect the data analysis literacy level of high school students mainly come from three aspects: student factors,teacher factors and environmental factors.Specifically,data analysis knowledge and data awareness have the greatest influence on the data analysis literacy level of high school students.Experiencing the whole process of data analysis,learning attitude and the use of information technology have certain influence on the level of data analysis literacy of high school students.Case teaching has a certain influence on the data analysis literacy level of senior high school students.Teachers' penetration of students' random thoughts,participation in statistical survey practice,family members' atmosphere of talking with data are related to the data analysis literacy level of high school students.(3)Strategies to cultivate the data analysis literacy of high school students are as follows: First,pay attention to the cultivation of students' data awareness,and constantly improve their ability to collect data;Second,improve the students' statistical knowledge reserves and lay the foundation of students' ability to sort out data;Third,pay attention to the guidance of data analysis methods to help students improve their ability to analyse data;Fourth,attach importance to the demonstration function of case teaching to effectively improve students' ability to interpret data;Fifth,constantly strengthen the professional learning of mathematics teachers,improve their own data analysis literacy;Sixth,give full play to the advantages of information technology and strive to achieve the deep integration of technology and teaching;Seventh,actively carry out statistical survey activities and create an environment for cultivating data analysis literacy.
