With the vigorous development of education and the continuous advancement of education system reform,university education has become one of the most important forms of education at present.In the process of national policy to support education and cultivate talents with high ability,the problem of weariness of college students generally exists.Combined with all kinds of relevant literature and the author's own interview and investigation,it is concluded that weariness of learning means that students treat their studies negatively and lack intrinsic motivation and enthusiasm for learning.And weariness behavior is the external and dominant behavior pattern of weariness of students.Its main explicit behavior is not listening carefully in class,playing mobile phone,skipping class,dropping out of school,cheating in the exam and other bad behaviors.In the literature reading and the author's research,it is found that the reasons for college students' weariness are diverse and complex,which can often be summarized into four aspects: personal reasons,family reasons,school factors,social factors,etc.If these reasons can not be alleviated in time,students will have serious weariness of learning,which will lead to college students' aversion to learning,not seeking progress,self-degradation,and eventually not smooth or delayed graduation,which will affect the future career planning of students.For the society,it will face more serious employment problems,leading to social imbalance and prominent social problems.Therefore,the problem of weariness of college students is a big problem to be solved.Solving the problem of weariness of college students will be of great significance to individuals,families,schools and society.Based on this research,based on the Z university as an example,through the analysis of Z university student learning condition,on the basis of the assessment needs to solve the problem of college students' learning,found that college students learning behavior is different,finally chose a have to skip classes disgusted behavior of students as the service object of case work for intervention.The workers follow the service procedure of case work to adjust the weariness of the service object.The intervention content is divided into four stages and eight service processes.In the service intervention,interview and observation are the main methods,and social work methods and skills are used to help the service objects adjust to their weariness and get rid of the current predicament.Finally with the support of the workers and the strength,service object to gradually change the wrong cognition,correct learning attitude,master the methods of ease learning behavior skills,reduce the weariness,to solve the problems existing in college students' daily life,the service object to active learning,optimistic,eventually achieve adjustment of college students' learning behavior.The measurement results before and after the weariness scale show that the weariness behavior of the service object has been improved after the intervention of the case work.In addition,providing personalized service strategy with case work method for service objects can better provide high-quality service for service objects,which also proves that the case work method is feasible to improve the weariness of college students.
