A Study On The Case Social Work Of Involving In College Students' Learning-weariness Behavior

The university is very important and good times in the study of one's whole lifetime.The young should cherish this valuable time to learn scientific and cultural knowledge,andconstantly upgrade themselves.However,due to a lot of social reasons,colleges and universities appeared a very small number of students weariness phenomenon,seriously affected the healthy growth of college students in recent years.This paper chooses 10 college students who are tired of learning from the six disciplines of liberal arts,science and art in X colleges.Based on the cognitive behavior theory and social support theory,after understanding,to conduct a preliminary assessment of their weariness behavior were divided into mild,moderate,serious three categories.And then for their weariness behavior,the use of case social work methods to intervene,and finally the overall assessment of the service.After practice,it is found that the use of case social work in a short period of time has a positive effect on the intervention of students with mild weariness;the effect of intervention on college students with moderate weariness is limited;the involvement of college students is extremely challenging.I believe that social workers involved in college students weary behavior,the motivation of college students is the core of the problem-solving problem;the support of various departments in colleges and universities is the basis for solving the behavior of college students;the ability of social workers is the key to solve the problem of college students' weariness.At the same time in order to help alleviate and prevent college students weary behavior,the author put forward some suggestions on the intervention of college students weary behavior:(1)college students should further clarify the purpose of learning and correct attitude;(2)colleges and universities should be social work as soon as possible into the students ideological and political work areas;(3)social workers should continue to improve their own quality in all aspects.
