Due to the increase of subjects and the challenging difficulty ofknowledge,it is difficult for the students who have just entered junior high school to get into the role quickly and adapt to the learning life of junior high school.A number of students, parents and teachers are plagued by the learning behavior of junior high school students which is also a critical education problem of the school. However, parents and schools did not pay enough attention nor take effective measures to reduce students weariness except oral persuasion to correct weariness. The paper, based on literature review, analyzes the reasons for weariness behavior from the perspectives of education, psychology and sociology;measures should be taken by students, family, school and society. The paper puts more emphasis on a macro analysis of political reform methods and on how to help junior high school students to reduce learning weariness. The paper makes a case study on a junior high school student with serious weariness by interview and social work.based on “ecological system theory”.In the five-month contact with the client, observation and interviews were made to see how the client behave in family and school and his learning behavior was observed and recorded, then reasons for his weariness were analyzed and corresponding solutions were given from the perspectives of the client himself, his family and school.the correction plan will be adjusted step by step according to the results of each stage to help clients.Through the intervention and implementation of the correction plan, the clients made great progress in learning behavior, the relationship with students, parents and teachers as well as better academic performance and learning interest and confidence.
