With the development of networked,virtualized,internationalized and individualized education,non-linear learning has become the mainstream.In this information-based environment,the teaching methods of teachers and the learning methods of students have undergone revolutionary changes,and information technology-assisted and strengthened learning has become an important focus of physical education research.To explore the effect of technology to enhance learning in high school sports teaching,this paper USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,teaching method and mathematical statistics research methods,such as selection of nanjing normal university affiliated beside qinhuai technology the high grade high school football option class of 40 students as experimental object,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Using the "Senior High School Physical Education Learning Series Self-rating Scale",this paper compared the differences between the two groups of students in the affective performance of physical education,the spirit of cooperation,the attitude of physical education,and the healthy behavior of physical education,and analyzed the effect of enhancing the learning of high school football optional course with the help of information technology such as online football teaching video platform.The findings:1,in terms of physical education learning affective expression and spirit of cooperation,the two groups in the affective dimension of performance there is no difference,but there are significant differences in cooperative learning dimension(P = 0.013 < 0.05),the experimental group was higher than the control group,which indicates that technology to enhance learning can help to promote and encourage between teacher and student,student and student exchanges,strengthen cooperation,improve the effect of classroom teaching.2,in the aspect of physical education learning attitude,in the two groups on the interest and participation in class performance,there is no difference,but there are significant differences in learning styles dimension(P = 0.007 < 0.05),the experimental group was higher than the control group,which indicates that technology to enhance learning to some extent changed the students' study way,promote the students' active reflection on knowledge acquisition and content,improve the quality of learning.3,in the aspect of physical education learning health behavior,two groups of health and avoid bad habits in life dimensions there is no difference,but there are significant differences in sports health dimension(P = 0.013 < 0.05),the experimental group was higher than the control group,which indicates that technology to enhance learning to help students understand about the depth of knowledge,promote students to understand the concept of sports health promotion.4,in terms of football knowledge and skills test,the two groups in the teaching practice of the knowledge and skills on there is no difference,but after the teaching practice,although there is no difference in both groups,the skill mastery of the knowledge of the experimental group significantly better than the control group(t = 3.631,p = 0.001 < 0.05),shows that the technology to enhance learning to strengthen the students' knowledge reserves,to some extent,the auxiliary for the memory of knowledge and master students.After further analysis,the study concluded:1.Information technology extends the ways and forms of students' communication,exchange and cooperation,and the way of technology-enhanced learning makes students' knowledge and quality,and the connection between themselves and others more closely.2.Information technology has expanded the choice and independent space of students' physical education learning,and the way of enhancing learning by technology has made it possible for students to learn individualization,autonomy and diversity.3.Information technology has adapted to the needs of students' learning life,survival and development of The Times.The way of technology-enhanced learning has enhanced the cognition and practice of students' physique and health literacy.
