With the continuous improvement of the global informatization level,it is imperative to improve the level of informatization education and application in countries and regions;how to integrate modern information technology into classroom teaching has become the current information technology education in my country and the entire education process.A key subject in the process of transformation.Modern information technology has gradually become an extended teaching method and means in education and teaching.Its convenience and timeliness have made teachers and students more and more inclined to use modern information technology to communicate and interact with traditional ones.Compared with the teaching mode,the use of modern information technology can make up for the shortcomings in the traditional physical education teaching mode.It can also help students miss the teaching content due to their own internal or external environmental factors in the classroom and can’t clearly hear and distinguish the important and difficult problems of teaching;it also helps students improve their own thinking skills,solve their own problems,and improve Students’ learning methods and learning methods.This paper combines the author’s teaching experience in the middle school physical education class,aims at the technical movements of Jiangjin middle school basketball’s new teaching,uses the traditional teaching mode and the modern information technology teaching mode to teach,analyzes and compares the advantages of the students in the physical education classroom at the emerging stage.Disadvantages: Show the superiority and feasibility of modern information technology,and explore how to improve the use of modern information in the physical education classroom.It also looks forward to the combination of modern information technology and physical education classrooms in the future.This study mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and experimental method to analyze and compare the traditional teaching mode and the teaching mode incorporating modern information and get the following conclusions:1.Both traditional teaching methods and teaching methods using modern information technology can effectively master the new technical movement,but it is more effective to add modern information technology to the classroom process.2.The introduction of modern information technology in the middle school physical education classroom can better guide students to learn independently,thereby liberating teachers and allowing teachers more time to correct and make mistakes for students;at the same time,modern information technology can intuitively reflect and compare student exercises.The problems that arise in the process help students master technical movements more quickly.3.The addition of modern information technology can help teachers make up for the shortcomings of demonstration,and constantly playing correct demonstration actions can also help students better establish technical action pictures in their minds;at the same time,students can observe and compare at any time and better imitate technical actions.Change learning methods and improve learning efficiency.4.When students practice,playing rhythmic music and passwords through modern information technology is conducive to improving students’ learning enthusiasm,and allowing students to practice with the rhythm can better improve classroom efficiency.This research makes the following recommendations:1.Schools should strengthen investment in information technology equipment and software,and pay attention to the training of teachers’ information technology level2.Teachers should pay attention to the improvement of their own quality and ability.At the same time,when using modern information technology for teaching,we must proceed from reality,not overuse it,and use it more as an auxiliary means3.Looking forward to the emergence of more convenient and effective information technology equipment and models,which will further promote the combination of modern information technology and sports classrooms.
