With the rapid development of information technology and acceleration of global economic integration, profound historical reforms are taking place in many aspects of social life and economic sector in our country since we enter the new era.In the keen international competition, informatization education and its application in a country and a region will directly affect the comprehensive competitiveness of the whole country and nationality and thus become the important mark measuring its development level.In the current society, information technology and education are inseparable and undoubtedly, information technology exerts an influence on supporting and improving teaching and learning. In view of the necessary trend, Chinese Ministry of Education has determined the integration of accelerating information technology with other subject courses as one of the important goals of education for elementary and middle schools.Thus the integration of information technology with other course teaching has become a hot spot subject of the information technology education and even the whole education informatization progression in our country.In other countries with higher education informatization such as America, Canada, Japan and Singapore, great importance has also been attached to the integration of information technology with other course teaching in the development of information education.In physical education, which is an important part of the education system in our country, the construction and development of the courses cannot keep abreast of the pace of the era. As physical courses have the comprehensive nature of theory and practice, dynamic and static, educational and gymnastic, it seems that the traditional teaching method has failed to provide satisfactory teaching results.In recent years, the launch of a gymnastic plan for the mass, establishment of a new course standard, the thought of "health being the first priority", china's accession to wto and beijing's successful application for hosting Olympic games have all brought significant influence on physical teaching.In the process of innovation and practice of physical teaching, which is a key link in physical education, to implement continuous optimization and establish a perfecting physical education system suitable for the social development will play an positive role in improving the quality of physical education, and cultivating high-cabre talents with overall development in moral, intellectual and physical education.The features of integration, interactivity, opening, situation and intelligence represented in the integration and transmission of many kinds of media information by modern information technology can provide multiple teaching resources and intelligentized teaching process for physical education and will have profound influence on the concept of traditional physical education, teaching mode, teaching method and organization form of physical teaching.On the basis of expounding systematically the connotation and significance of information technology and its influence on the physical teaching in middle school, this study analyzes the basics and conditions of the integration of physical teaching with information technology education;The mode and effect of the integration of information technology with physical teaching in middle school is studied through the teaching experiments.
