The "Youth Legal Education Program" requires that teenagers should improve their awareness of the rule of law and speed up their cultivation of the rule of law.In the process of cultivation,they can combine social practice and improve their practical ability.The curriculum standard of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school also emphasizes training students' practical ability and cultivating students' awareness of rule of law.In recent years,the process of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law has been sluggish,so it is necessary to open up new ideas to cultivate the awareness of the rule of law among middle school students.Practice is the source of cognition.Combining the cultivation of junior high school students' awareness of the rule of law with social practice activities will create a new spark,with a view to producing actual results for the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law.In this paper,the current situation of legal education practice activities of famous middle school students in Guiyang is investigated by case analysis and questionnaire survey.It is found that there are some problems such as insufficient attention and shallow legal education in the activities,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This paper is divided into five parts to discuss:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and research significance of the topic,and emphatically discusses the current situation of the practice of rule of law education at home and abroad.It is found that in China,the rule of law education of junior high school students has not been paid much attention,and few teachers combine rule of law education with social practice activities in teaching,so there is still much room for improvement in the practice of rule of law education in China.The second chapter is related theoretical exposition,which mainly introduces the rule of law and education under the rule of law,distinguishes the contents of law from legal system and education under the rule of law,and expounds the connotation of social practice activities and social practice activities carried out in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law".On the basis of Marxist practice view,Xi Jinping's labor education view,Dewey's learning by doing,Tao Xingzhi's practical education thought and other theories,the practice activities of education under the rule of law reflect four characteristics of practicality,authenticity,experience and inquiry.The third chapter is about the value of social practice activities in the cultivation and promotion of junior high school students' awareness of the rule of law.Combining social practice activities with middle school students' rule of law education is conducive to improving students' rule of law literacy,promoting the improvement of teachers' teaching effect,helping students to improve and develop the rule of law education curriculum and creating a good atmosphere of social rule of law education.The fourth chapter is the current situation and analysis of the implementation of social practice activities in the cultivation of junior high school students' awareness of the rule of law.According to the author's questionnaire,it is found that the current practice of rule of law education has not received enough attention,the form of activities is relatively simple,and the evaluation system needs to be improved.The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions according to the above problems and reasons,hoping that targeted measures such as school participation,improvement of teachers' ability,multi-department participation and improvement of the evaluation system of students' legal education practice activities can play a role in students' legal education.
