Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Legal Awareness

Since the 15 th Party Congress established the strategy of rule of law, the 18 th Party Congress emphasized on comprehensively promoting the rule of law. During the process of governing the country according to law, the university student is the main force of national construction. The calculation of university students' legal consciousness means great significance to the country, that is good for improving college students' legal literacy and the level of national legal education and building a socialist harmonious society. This essay includes four parts: introduction, an overview of the cultivation of college students' legal consciousness, analysis on the basic situation and causes of college students' legal consciousness and countermeasures of strengthening the cultivation of college students' legal consciousness.The first chapter introduces background and significance of the thesis, firstly. And then on the basis of sorting out the documents and materials, it introduces the research technique through sorting out and analyzing the status of the relevant research at home and abroad.The second chapter, named an overview of the cultivation of college students' legal consciousness, discusses from two aspects. One is to probe into the meaning and characteristic of the legal consciousness and the legal consciousness of the college students, the other is to discuss on the basic conditions of cultivating college students' legal consciousness through studying the macroscopic and microscopic for the cultivation of college students' legal consciousness.Chapter three deeply analyses the present situation and causes of the legal consciousness of university students' cultivation. The thesis analyses the main problems existing in the process of the legal consciousness of university students' cultivation from two aspects, which is the problems existing in the legal consciousness of college students and in the cultivation of college students' legal consciousness.The last part of the thesis puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening the legal consciousness of university students' cultivation. It analyzes the factors affecting the cultivation of college students; legal consciousness, including social environmental factors, factors in colleges and universities and college students' self factors, firstly. Secondly, the thesis puts forward the countermeasures to strengthening the legal consciousness of university students' cultivation from four aspects, including the way of forming a diversified college students' legal consciousness, positive changes in the mode of college students' legal consciousness, focus on the cultivation of college students' legal consciousness and strengthen the cultivation of college students' consciousness.
