With the increasing popularity of badminton, badminton has become the first choice for young people. Many schools offer badminton courses. However, due to the limited space and teachers, most schools offer fewer badminton courses. At present, most of the junior high school badminton courses are once a week. The students lost their interest in learning badminton because of the single training method and the slow improvement of their technical level.Badminton is an event that requires high physical fitness such as explosive power, patience, and coordination. It is difficult to make rapid progress in a relatively short period of time with few venues. In order to improve the efficiency of students learning badminton under the existing conditions. In response to this problem, the experiment divided 30 students into two groups. The control group used traditional teaching methods, and the experimental group used auxiliary equipment to practice.Using a variety of auxiliary equipment teaching methods to study the impact of the four techniques of badminton high ball,picking,four-point touch, and two-side touch, using literature data method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method,etc.method.Through 14 weeks of teaching, two lessons per week. The conclusions of comparative analysis through research are as follows:1There are significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the high-distance ball technique, indicating that both assistive equipment teaching and traditional teaching can quickly improve the level of high-distance ball hitting and the standard degree of movement;the comparison between the two groups, the quantitative of the experimental group There is no significant difference between the evaluation and the control group, which means that the assistive equipment teaching and traditional teaching have no difference in improving the ball feel. The qualitative evaluation test is significantly better than the control group. The assistive equipment is more effective in improving the standardization of high ball movement and pace.2.The quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation of the control group and the experimental group both showed significant differences, indicating that the two teaching methods can improve the level of the ball and the standard of action. The two groups were compared between the two groups. There were significant differences in the evaluation indicators of the experimental group. The teaching effect of the experimental group in the ball technique was better than the traditional teaching effect.3.In the four-point line test between the experimental group and the control group, there are significant differences between the two groups in quantitative and qualitative tests, indicating that both teaching methods can increase the speed and rationality of the pace.Comparing the two groups, the pace and rationality of the four-point line-tracing of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups.4.There are significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in the quantitative and qualitative ways of threading on both sides, indicating that both the assistive equipment teaching and traditional teaching can improve the speed and rationality of threading on both sides. In the comparison between the groups, the quantitative speed test, the experimental group is better than the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the qualitative test.It shows that the teaching of assistive equipment is helpful to increase the speed of the pace of the two sides, but it is not obvious in terms of qualitative help.5.A questionnaire survey of the two groups of students showed that the experimental group believed that auxiliary equipment exercises can effectively improve the four badminton skills;it can increase the interest in learning badminton;it can help mobilize the enthusiasm of students to practice and effectively improve the efficiency of practice in class; It also improves the efficiency of teacher guidance.
