Research On The Investigation And Cultivation Of The Mathematical Operation Competency Of The First-Year High School Students

With the rapid development of the society,education is also being reformed constantly.The concept of developing students' core competencies came into being in order to make the students adapt to the development of society as well as adapt to trend of the world education reform and in order to strengthen the international competitiveness of Chinese education quality.For mathematics is a basic subject,the cultivation of the mathematical core competencies is very important.As the basis of the six mathematical core competencies,mathematical operation competency is a kind of deductive reasoning,and also an important means to obtain mathematical results.By improving students' operational capability and cultivating their procedural thinking in the process of operation,mathematical operation competency can help students solve the practical problems of life so as to educate modern teenagers with strict thinking and logic for our country.By studying the 2017 curriculum standard,learning constructivism theory and Jean Piaget's cognitive development theory and combining the author's seven-year teaching experience,the author compiled a test paper and a questionnaire on the operational literacy of the first-year high school students.In addition,the author interviewed five math teachers in the school.By analyzing the results,four basic strategies of cultivating high school students' operation competency are pointed out: Cultivate students' interest to increase their enthusiasm of operation;Cultivate students' good habits of solving problems to improve their accuracy of operation;Strengthen the students' basic knowledge and basic skills to improve their simplicity of the operation;Strengthen teachers' demonstration role.Finally,These strategies will be applied in the daily teaching through examples in the future,and then improve students' operation competency.
