With the rapid development of the society, not only has the economy, science and technology developed rapidly, but also the field of education has received more and more attention in the development. In the book ""Education is the foundation",it is also mentioned that "to strengthen the construction of teachers as a key link to improve the quality of education,as the most important basic project to grasp." As a key element in education, teachers are one of the important components of the whole teaching team.In the current education industry, the "post-90s" group of teachers is becoming increasingly large, and the "post-90s" teachers are gradually growing into the backbone of the education industry. The initial stage of entry is the transition stage from student to teacher, and it is also an important stage in their teaching professional development career. For the newly recruited "post-90s" teachers, most of them are in the stage of professional adjustment.During the initial stage of their career adaptation, they encountered some problems in career expectations, role changes, school environment and culture, and teacher evaluation. The sense of discomfort brought about in the early stages of their careers will cause them to experience fatigue, complaints, and loss of passion at work. These will not only affect their work and life, but also affect the development of their entire career. Therefore,it is particularly important to examine the current occupational adaptation status of the newly recruited "post-90s" primary school teachers and to make suggestions for this. This research is based on the current situation of newly recruited "post-90s" primary school teachers' occupational adaptation, and analyzes from two aspects: internal factors and external influences. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the external factors that affect the occupational adaptation of the newly recruited "post-90s" primary school teachers are manifested in the school location and environment, salary and treatment, and work intensity;the internal factors are reflected in the professional ability and role conversion of teachers. In order to further expand the depth of the research, the interview method is used to explore the factors affecting the occupational adaptation of the newly recruited "post-90s" primary school teachers. The interview results show that the factors affecting the occupational adaptation of newly recruited "post-90s" elementary school teachers are mainly reflected in the school: low teacher salary, cumbersome work, lack of humanity in school management, lack of more opportunities for development and improvement;psychological aspect: work pressure The teacher's role changes slowly, and there are role conflicts in the interaction with students;teaching: lack of teaching practice, and the implementation of the "old with new" system is not in place.According to the results of the survey, the study believes that it is necessary to solve the problem of occupational adaptation of the newly recruited "post-90s" primary school teachers from four aspects: school training, induction training at the school, teachers themselves and social factors.First,pre-service colleges should standardize relevant curriculum settings during the training process, and provide more opportunities for practice and internship;second, the vocational school provides teachers with external support, including increasing vocational training opportunities for "post-90s" teachers, and school management Pay attention to humanistic care;finally, newly recruited "post-90s" teachers should adjust their mentality and improve themselves, including improving professional adaptability and career development planning capabilities.
